Great service
Great service, excellent communication, very easy booking process and regular updates prior to Level 2 survey of the house we are in a process of buying. We received a very detailed report the following day. The same surveyor (Anthony) completed a survey of our house on behalf of the buyer as well. He was really friendly, polite and professional.

Very quick response. It only took them 2 days to arrange our Level 2 Home Buyer Survey, and once completed, we had the detailed report back the next day.

It was great!
I would 100% recommend to anyone? They might be a little more expensive but I’d pay it 10 x over.

Thorough and professional service
I was nervous about paying out £850 for a full structural survey, but I am so glad that I did. Jamie completed the survey and was incredibly thorough. He took his time to explain the cause of each issue the house had and explained things in a very clear and understandable way. This was invaluable. The report was equally as good and is going to be so useful to refer back to as we complete work on our house in the future. It’s no surprise that AMS gets such good ratings. I was thrilled with the work and with the friendliness and professionalism of the whole team including those I spoke to on the phone. I would strongly recommend AMS.

Very good technical support and a detailed survey report. The surveyor explained the process in detail and the key findings as the survey was taking place. The report was very detailed and included a significant number of photos to help with understanding the narrative of the report. A thorough job by a very professional survey company.

I found all the staff courteous and professional. They listened well and their answers were helpful. They secured an early appointment with the seller's agent to carry out the survey. A comprehensive report was produced within a couple of days. I was very satisfied with the details of the report.

We had a Level 2 survey only and the amount of detail that in this was perfect for our forever home.
The report was so thorough and detailed that it helped us and our solicitors raise questions with our sellers solicitors.
The staff we spoke to were really friendly and efficient too.
