A very satisfactory and comprehensive report
The report was clear and the comprehensive number of supporting photos showing damp meter readings was very helpful. The recommendations and estimated costs for the remedial action were also very helpful.

AMS were very helpful and supportive over the phone, their specific fault survey for damp and timber was delivered quickly and detailed the findings well, it then estimated repair costs. I was pleased with the service, would recommend.

Detailed and thorough level 2 suvery
Booked a homebuyers level 2 survey on the back of good reviews. The price was good value and the report was very detailed. The survey was all arranged with our seller and ams and we where given updates when it was booked and completed etc. survey arrived one week after it was completed as stated by ams. Would recommend

I used AMS for structural calculations…
I used AMS for structural calculations and drawings for a kitchen extension / alteration. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The service was brilliant and they went over and above to help, especially when the council asked a number of ridiculous questions which required additional work from AMS who helped with this at no extra cost. Big shout out to Luke for his help with this. We also used their recommended builder to carry out the works who was also great. I would only ever use them in the future if I take on any other similar home improvements and have recommended them to friends and family. Thanks again to everyone at AMS!!
