Poor customer service

Thay helped through the hole process. Got everything thing i needed and on time. Great bike great product

Its a good bike. But with the hills of Seattle and using it as my main transportation, I need something with a higher NM of force and more distance. The few problems I had with this bike customer service was quick to respond and left my feeling content at the end of our dialog

Very good service department. I have a habit of just having a stash of replacement parts that I feel would be among the first to require service so I don't have to wait for delivery if my part does fail. I can't say enough good things about the Amyet S8 bike. I absolutely love it. Im 57 years old and have a lot of hills to climb in my riding trails. The S8 has no problem at all within reason. I can't believe that Amyet bikes aren't more discussed on YouTube. Highly recommend this unit for lots of hills with paved roads to get to the trail heads. 10 of 10!

Battery life consumes when you use full throttle Great for driving avenues great experience, buy it if you want to ge from town to town

Everything went fine with my replacement for a new tire and motor wheel for my G60 E bike and i received my parts in time. The parts were brand new and i haven't had any issues, it was very simple.

I purchased the Amyet S8 bike for my son in July and gave it to him for his birthday at the end of August. Unfortunately, within less than three weeks of light use, the bike started falling apart. First the front motor failed, then the back. Shortly after that, the battery stopped charging altogether.

When I reached out to customer service for help, I was told that the return window was only 30 days—despite the fact that the problems began almost immediately after my son was finally able to ride it. They refused to allow a return or an exchange, leaving us completely stuck with a bike that doesn’t work.

To make matters worse, I purchased the bike on a monthly payment plan, so I’ve been forced to keep paying for a product that is essentially useless. My son was devastated, and the entire situation has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I expected far better quality and customer support. Unfortunately, this has been nothing but a nightmare.

Powerful bike, can go up to 28 mph and if steep uphill go up to 16-18 mph on throttle only mode.
They have a great customer service, respond very fastly, I had a problem with the battery getting drained easily and they sent another battery in less than a week.

Cost/value/shipping. All great

They should have told me that the battery I was buying.Only read 52 percent on the display, that was the reason why I bought the new battery. I wish the person who sold me the battery knew that the display would only read 53 percent at full battery

I was a little disappointed when I couldn’t reach a person to talk to, the only way to communicate was through email and it took a couple days for them to respond back. I needed a part for my e-bike and it showed it was delivered but I never got it, I emailed them to tell them it was not delivered and they replied that they would send a replacement. Well a week later I got it (finally) so I’m not sure if this is the original order or the replacement but I’m just glad it finally came.

I bought one and its junk it worked but its had problems but now it won't go faster the 10-15mph. I got a warranty and now I can't get onto there websight. It's not coming up on Google search engine

Amyet ebikes is the best

They had a deal on Slickdeals.net for a Amyet EB 26 in a beautiful blue color. I received a project in the mail that took considerable time to put together. Once assembled it took me a solid day of charging the battery to realize it had no charge in the battery. I contacted the website and was told to take it up with another website even though it’s supposed to have a warranty on the actual product. I received a 65 pound piece of beautiful scrap metal that could almost be art. It’s very sad that it doesn’t function or come on. I just wanted it to work, I bought it for my 65 year old mother to be able to ride on Siesta Key with me.

Updating my original review. Amyet did send me a replacement controller but the wiring connector aren't aligned properly between main cable connector and the controller itself. When I use the right turn signal switch it activates the horn and horn switch does nothing. The front hub still doesn't run nor does my display indicate run modes. The front hub isn't defective I've run it by other means it just doesn't respond to the controller properly. The other issue was the complete lack of power to the rear at 17 mph tops, that's improved to somewhere in the mid 20s so it's usable now at the least. Also my display doesn't show mph when tire is spinning. Although I'm glad to have a functional bike on just the rear hub the magnitude of issues has broken my faith in the industry. Have a sound understanding of the function of the components before buying these bikes remote solutions will leave you depleted.
