Started by Paul and Mary in 2018, Analogue Wonderland has grown to be a leading online retailer and photo lab for photographic film: we exist to make film photography fun and accessible for everyone! Very good service
Very good service. Ordering is very straightforward. I'm fortunate enough to have a film lab near me, so I don't rely on AW's developing service, but when I've used it in the past they have been brilliant, satisfying any additional requests I gave them.

I have received my orders quickly and packed properly.
My first film that I had processed a while ago was fantastic. So I have sent more.
Price, you get the full package or more choices are available, you buy what you want and no more.
Good place to take part in analogue photography.

Went above and beyond
I had an issue with shipping where there was a real risk that Royal Mail lost / couldn’t get me my order in time for a trip - customer services were super helpful and understanding - the advisor personally made sure what i ordered was packed labelled and re-shipped in time.
Their lab is also excellent - and I’d use it way more it it was a little cheaper <3

Very fast turnaround on my processing order
Excellent service from Analogue Wonderland. My 35mm colour negatives were processed quickly and I had them back faster than expected. The results were great and the whole process was easy.

Excellent results from 4 off throwaway cameras from 2004( when my kids were young). Easy to follow instructions. The price was excellent. It took a bit longer than expected to view the results but after 22 years I wasn't in a rush. Well done.

I'm really glad those photos came out well! Expired film can be a bit of a mixed bag but it's great to hear you were happy with your results.
We're really proud to develop and scan our customers most treasured memories. We're always reminded how there's nothing "throwaway" about a good photograph!
Took over a month to complete an order
Took over a month to complete an order. The excuse was not enough staff at hand to cut the negatives. Putting newer orders first to release scans quicker. This is not an acceptable reason for the delay. I probably won't use the service again.

Hi There,
We completely understand it can be frustrating to have to wait a long time for negative return. For us, it makes sense to prioritise getting scans back to people so they can alleviate some of the stress that comes with shooting film and not knowing how your photos came out.
We're working hard to get our turnaround time down, and finding ways to deal with larger quantities of orders later down the line - so we hope we can get that sorted soon!
