The size of the shoes was consistent with a previous model I bought in the store. The belts were also high quality.

This is how to do customer service
Unbelievably great customer service and reaction times. I got wrong shoe size, sent them back on Saturday, acknowledgement of the change by 11am Monday and new shoes with me Tuesday. Fit and look amazing, thank you

My third pair of Londrina Chukka Boots over the last few years. I wear them much of the time. Very comfortable and excellent value. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had many pairs of shoes from Anatomic and this is the first time I have been disappointed with the style and the shoe colour and quality of the colour finish.
It is unfortunate to have to return them and lose the postage cost.
I will be more careful in any future purchases.

Good company; good products
Easy to order. Company replied quickly to my email asking for despatch to be deferred until a specific date. They complied with that delay and the parcel arrived as promised. Products excellent, as expected.
