I have ordered the jacket from them 175£ promised, easy return to UK but not say about the charge. The jacket arrived crumpled and smelly ,horrible not worth a penny!! They charged me 36£ for return so you decide if is worth it. Never again from USA ,quality poor as China but price like first class. Shame on you Thursday Boots. Not recomend at all !

I received a pair of shoes ordered online. Tried them on in my home (on carpet), realized they did not fit and immediately re-packaged and shipped them back. They were assessed as "worn" and I am being offered a < 50% refund. Absolutely shocking. I did not expect this level of customer service from a company with high quality products. Buyer beware if purchasing online.

The quality of Thursday Boots is phenomenal for their price. The craftsmanship is superb. If there is anything wrong with the pair you receive, Thursday Boots’ customer service does an amazing job working with you to find the best solution to the issue. All-around, Thursday Boots is a fantastic company, and you can rest assured that their customer service will take care of you.

I’m stuck in an endless loop with Thursday Boot Co.
Wrong size recommended by their own sizing guide on their website but they did not take responsibility and they were like too bad so sad. They insisted on charging me an additional international exchange fee of $57 to fix it. To get it over with, I agreed, but guess what the payment link they sent me doesn’t work. Their customer support team is a joke, they respond once every 24 hours towards the end of their shift which mean every time I have to wait 1 day to receive another broken payment link. All of this for a $57 fee forgetting the $650 price tag for the jacket I ordered. Until this moment I’m still chasing them to pay their stupid exchange fee. I started to feel that I will never receive my exchange even though they received their return. No real solution, just delays.
For a “premium” brand, this is honestly a very poor experience. International buyers, be careful.

I bought a pair of premier low tops in hickory. Absolutely superb shoes! Look great, the size is true, and the quality is top tier. I waited a few weeks before reviewing to see how they broke in. They get better with wear. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Nice boots but I ordered in US sizing without knowing. Couldn’t get foot in boot! Went to return and found out I’m responsible for return fees being quoted £50 to return. I contacted Thursday who waived the return fee saying they could exchange for the boot of my choice. I opted for this and was then quoted £25 to exchange the boot!

Now I’m waiting for said boot but I’m worried it won’t arrive - or I’ll be charged with something further. The boots are nice but not worth this hassle if you live in the UK

The boots fitt great and if they fall a little bit to big you just put insoles in them and it's fixt. They are also waterproof and very durable

I love the way the low top sneaker looks and the quality. I get tons of compliments on them; however, they are extremely uncomfortable. They are not true to size. They are very narrow. It’s unfortunate, because I love the way they look.

The Casa Moto boots and the Racer jacket are excellent. The customer service was also very responsive and quick to reply. I would definitely recommend them.

A 2 because they look good. May be the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever had the displeasure of paying $140 for. They hurt my toes, my arch, my heel and my feelings all at the same time. I am glad I fell for the Thursday Boot social media hype for $140 instead of $300.

Expensive shoes of poor quality. Coloring peel off right away. Black splotches. Snooty customer service

Avoid - I purchased a pair of shoes from Thursday and not only did I receive a different model of shoes entirely, but they were also damaged.

Customer support completely ignored/refused to engage in the fact these were a different model, and said the markings on the shoe were “cosmetic only” and “would not affect the wearability of the shoe”. After much back and forth they said they’d offer a refund if I paid for shipping - a complete farce of a company.

Had an issue with breakage on a pair of boots and customer service was so kind and accomodating and sent me a completely new pair of boots for free! Thank you Laura!

Boots were far too small despite using the size guide. The returns process took 6 weeks to get my refund and then 25% of it was deducted - buyers beware if you're buying from the UK and things don't work out - you will only get 75% of the £value back

I like the style of boots/shoes and customer service has been fairly responsive. However, Thursday's value of cost-effective production seems to have gone too far for me as I have realized that in my Cadet and Executive the stitching of the toe cap sits well back from the end of the structurally rigid part of the toe cap. It's really in the vamp. I don't know if this is a design decision that I disagree with or poor quality control. Effectively the toe cap is guaranteed to crease in these shoes which is not desirable. Not a huge issue in a rugged and resilient Tobacco Cadet, but a significant issue in a dress shoe Brandy Executive. This is not an issue in my Captains (so not all Thursday Boots are made this way) nor other cap toe shoes and boots that I own.

Purchased the Cadet boots in January '26. They look great and you can tell the craftsmanship is top notch. I was excited to wear them, only to have the left boot rub my big toe until I could barely walk. So, I thought 'let's break them in and it will get better'. Nope. I think that it is the basic design of the boot which has a rounded/short toe. I even took them to a cobbler to have the toe stretched. To no avail. The cobbler said that I could bring them back and try again, and I will. But, I'm pretty much stuck with $200 shoes that I can't wear. Buyer beware. I really wanted these to work out.

Super fast shipping impressed me! Purchased the women's dress penny, burgundy, sized 9. These shoes are BURGUNDY (with a hint of chocolate), patent leather and super shiny). They slip on and off easy. The insole is only slightly padded. The leather is stiff, thick and the shoe is well constructed. The outter sole is substantial and should stand up to wet pavement without a problem, they probably will not stain if worn on wet pavement. The tongue is long, almost reaching my ankle. I gave them 4 stars because this shoe is chunky and masculine compared to other brands. For the price point I expected to be over the moon in love but I was not. I will keep them maybe the love will come with wear? Thursday's heart is in the right place but they need more women sitting at the design table. I recommend these if you tend to wear the same shoes every day and since I don't I should have these for the rest of my life and pass them on to my grandchildren. You can get better for less with Bass or Cole Haan. UPDATE: I wore them to the office yesterday. Today I am wearing sneakers. Right shoe was fine. The left shoe HURT where the shoe creases, top of big toe. Because the sole leather is stiff and hard, you can hear me coming a mile away. Disappointed. They looked fine with my OOTD. I want to love them but it is literally hard to do that.

The boots themselves are gorgeous, great quality and beautiful looking. I needed a half-size larger than my usual size, but the company were exceedingly quick to respond and arrange an exchange.
