Excellent services for excellent shoes.

After having had Anatomic shoes for many years purchased through retail stores, I wasn't able to find anywhere local to myself where I could get the style I wanted.

Using the website was easy to get an idea for size of shoes, and despite ordering the wrong size initially I have now got my extremely comfortable shoes to replace my previous ones.

The return was easy and including the returns label by default is great as that takes a lot of the hassle away from the process. The refund for the first pair was completed quickly

Overall, excellent shoes and brilliant service and I will not hesitate to use again

Having bought a pair of your make of shoes some years ago which gave me good service I decided to buy another pair .After several years the the velcro flap on top became unable to close

I have worn anatomic boots for over 20 years and find they are high quality and comfortable, i.e they can be worn straight out of the box, a rarity. They look good and will last years even when regularly worn. Excellent.

Bought a pair of Chelsea boots from Anatomic in 2008. Still use them but looking their age. So bought another pair and hope they last me another 16 years.
Delivery was very prompt.

The boots, which I shall be returning when I get some spare time, were crushed. I’ve bought similar from you from shops, but was disappointed at the state of these, even though the packaging wasn’t damaged. Can’t fault the service, but the boots … awful!

I now have several pair of these shoes, and for comfort and surport, they are my number one shoe supplier

Ordered size 44 of Anatomic’s Belem shoe. Arrived in a couple of days as promised. Unfortunately being a wide fitting I need a 43. Returned the shoes and a new pair, size 43, was dispatched within a few days. These fit well and have already completed many miles across the streets of London.

Trainers returned. Not as comfortable or same quality as other Anotomic shoes of which I have several pairs

Sent a pair of boots back they were too tight easy to send back just waiting on my refund ordered wider fit arrived the next day he is well pleased with them
