I have placed an order and paid for the delivery and everything indicated no issues. 3 to 5 days delivery sounded reasonable. Two weeks later I decided to chase my delivery to find out the person dealing with it is having lunch. No call back, nothing. Called again another week later, only to discover the item is not available at the moment. To me it sounds like the order was too small for them. No communication, no updates, nothing! Lost the job thanks to that looking like I'm pulling excuses. Needles to say I will never use them again!

Very First Order.
Quick to answer the phone and offered the right advise. Only downside, was the product that was ordered was advertised as next day delivery by a count down timer. But after placing the order we were told it would be it would not be next day but the day after.

Good communication although it would have been nice to be told before ordering their would be a delay, I also ordered some 1”pump unions only to find the pump was 1 1/2 ,thankfully I had the fittings already in stock, however Anchor have always been good previously,have never had any issues before and I will still be my go to for pumps.
