Never arrived. Lied to me.
Never arrived. When asked they gave me tracking information which was false as while it stated delivery attempts were made while I was in i didnt not receive anything. After reading this review they then said it would be put in DPD and arrive by latest Friday as I really needed the fuel like I ordered. It's now saturday and despite speaking to the DPD driver yesterday I have no package from them. Liars, purchase from elsewhere if you can!

I had a look into this and the fuel hose you ordered went direct from the manufacturer to yourself. I have been informed that DX attempted to deliver 4 times over the past week but nobody was available to receive it at the delivery address.
We have requested that it come here so we can despatch to you using our own courier, to ensure that we are kept up to date on its whereabouts.
I apologise for the delay with this order, but we are unable to help if we are not notified of any issues- as the manufacturers do not inform of us of failed deliveries, we do rely on the customer to tell us if there are any problems in cases like this.
I have sent over the tracking details of the previous consignment and the details on the new delivery.
If you have any issues whatsoever, please let us know and we will be eager to assist where we can.

The staff were helpful and efficient and obviously knew their products. When I rung to check on my order, again they were helpful and efficient and able to tell me that my order would be with me the following day…..and guess what, it was! So good to find a company where customer service is a priority!

A great price and experience what more could you ask for
The service I received from placing the order right through to the sorting out of a few minor issues with the product I purchased was second to none. Nothing was too much bother and the service received was quick and professional. One particular individual went above and beyond to attend to any questions I had and the rectification of the issues and that was Lauren Spencer.
