The chair was faulty. A piece of wood was not secured underneath. Replacement due 8 days later.

A replacement chair has been arranged and is on its way, due to arrive just one day outside the original 7–10 working day delivery timeframe. We appreciate that this means staying in for another delivery, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience.

The furniture is amazing, delivery slots need sticking to
The furniture is amazing - great quality. The only reason for 4 stars is the delivery came outside of an agreed slot and having just had surgery, it was so hard to get down to open the door. Other than that, very happy

It may only be a cushion but my cushion is beautiful and the most snuggly thing. It's pretty obvious that they don't really place much importance on someone buying just a cushion as I asked for some AI help which came well after I'd followed my own gut instinct. But - all was well.
