I realised quite quickly after I placed my order and got the confirmation that I ordered the wrong colour! Fahad was very helpful and confirmed with me which colour I actually wanted and was able to change my order with no hassle and efficiently. Thank you very much.
I received a £100 voucher from an online competition directly from cox&cox.
I placed my order with them over a month ago now and after many attempts to chase up the whereabouts of my order - I’ve still not received it. Over the phone and on their online website chat, I have received several platitudes that ‘we need to contact the warehouse and then we’ll send you an email confirming dispatch and a tracking number’, I have never once received a concrete update on where my order is.
So although I THANKFULLY have not spent any of my own money at this company, they do 100% seem to just take peoples money and run.
Cox and Cox have gorgeous products at a reasonable price combined with excellent customer service. I had ordered a garden bench that was due in stock in May. When I contacted Fahad in customer services he quickly advised the product would not be available until June and then suggested a number of alternatives. Extremely friendly, helpful and very responsive.
My problem was dealt with extremely curtiously I forgot to include a code for my purchase and Zoya from customer service was so helpful in solving the matter. I love Cox and cox cushions and would recommend their company.
I have recently used Cox & Cox for the first time and have been genuinely impressed with both the products and the customer service.
I have dealt with a service agent called Zoya and they have been extremely helpful and prompt in responding.
I can highly recommend using this company….
I wrote a post a week ago about my order not being processed. I was given lots of AI platitudes and promise to pay my money back , that was last week, despite my payment disappearing into their banking system within seconds! So a new tactic has started, emailimg me and asking me for 'the details' ive tried to ask what further they need. They have my order number, thryve quoted it, they have my email, they emil me and they have my bank details as I paid them! This appears to be a new stalling tactic to keep money in their account rather than refunding. Perhaps they need a week to 'inspect it carefully' like they said they were still doing a week in with a faux potted helibore plant. Not acceptable service at all

A returned was organised and the item collected and returned back to them on the 6th May. Yet still on the 20th May I yet to be refunded! I’ve had one reply to my email a week ago saying my return has been received and it’s being processed. Funny how they can process the sale immediately yet the refund takes weeks. I am now at the point of contacting my credit card provider to gain a refund because I’m fed up of waiting and it’s appalling service. Avoid!

I am a returning customer of Cox and Cox, the quality of their merchandise is second to none. Everything I have purchased is always amazing and never disappoints.
I purchased a bedspread but there was quite a delay on delivery … I reached out to C&C and received a quick response from Laiba … I explained the circumstances and she agreed to chase the supplier … I was constantly kept up to date with the anticipated delivery… it arrived today and again I am delighted… it is a beautiful Moss Green velvet bedspread and was well worth the wait !!
I highly recommend Cox and Cox and will continue to be a return customer

Exceptional customer experience! From placing an order, receiving my delivery, and engaging in after-sales support, the attention to detail and superior customer experience delivered by the team at Cox & Cox is second to none! Customer Experience Advisor, Laiba, is a credit to the team going above and beyond to ensure I was kept up to date with a query raised at all times.
Bought the Ardenne bistro set and within 30 days all of the joins across the seats and the table had all rusted. Effectively a manufacturing fault. I exercised my consumer right to reject the goods for a refund and was consistently guided towards exchange. They went quiet for weeks and I raised a chargeback with my card provider (again - 2nd time at Cox & Cox!) which has been actioned against the company. They take weeks to reply and consumer rights law states they must pay without delay… clearly not in this instance.
Avoid buying this set. The quality is appalling as is the customer service.

I don't know what is going on with this company but their response to emails is shocking. They just don't! The saga of being overcharged £147.20 has been going on now for over a week and still all emails ignored. Phoning isn't great either as there's no clue given of how long you have to wait and one time that I got through I was immediately cut off.

UPDATE
It is now 21st May 2026 and I have still not received a refund, the original request for refund was approved on the 6th May 2026. This is so frustrating.
After placing an order in December 2025 I had still not received the items by May 2026, I asked for a refund which was agreed but I am now still awaiting the refund to arrive in my account . I was advised it would take 3-5 working days and it is now over 7 working days. Not impressed

I bought a large sideboard and it was delivered by care and on time. The sideboard was in great condition and it looked as in the picture. I couldn’t go to a showroom and I’ve bought it through the website. Very pleased with the experience.
Bought a beautiful piece of furniture - great quality but sadly it didn’t suit the space. Cox and Cox were incredibly helpful and speedy with the return and refund process. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be buying from them again.

I do not recommend buying from this company.
I ordered an item which firstly wasn't sent until I contacted them to find out what had happened to it.
When I received it, it did not look like the one on the website and had a different description on the box.
It took a long time to get them to allow me to return it. They offered me money of my next purchase from them if I kept it. Which was crazy 1. I do not want to buy anything else from such a terrible company 2. I didn't want the item they'd sent!
I had to arrange the return myself and do so at my own expense.
I heard nothing from them after I knew it had been delivered. When I contacted them after 10 days to ask when I'd get my refund they claimed the box was damaged on arrival and they would not give me a refund. I would have to claim from the delivery company.
Each step took so long. They do not take any action unless you chase them up.
Edited to add order number. And to mention that they have not provided me with photos of the alleged damage.

Great support and guidance from Mason to resolve my query.
I ordered two garden orbs. I was contacted to arrange delivery and given a choice of dates which was very helpful. The orbs arrived and the large orb is beautiful and sitting happily in the garden. Unfortunately the smaller orb arrived broke. I sent an email and received a response quickly and was informed that the orb would be replaced. The Advisor I communicated with was Laiba and she was professional, polite, helpful and friendly - a good mix. I have been contacted already to arrange delivery of the replacement orb which I am looking forward to receiving and putting in the garden. I would recommend Cox and Cox for both products - which are good quality and interesting - and customer service.
Very poor customer service. I ordered two lampshades for next day delivery (aware it was after midday so would be the second working day) and nothing received. Advised by the owner on the web chat that I had misunderstood the delivery timescales and that it would now be marked as priority. Advised again by web chat it was being dispatched on Monday but still nothing. They did at least refund the difference between the express and normal delivery but that was all.
Customer service don’t reply to emails and are unable to help me access my online account which has made it impossible for me to try to arrange a return in the past.
Avoid!
