Earle and Mavino delivered the garden sofa set at the notified time and took away the large boxes without any fuss.

Our buying experience was simple and well detailed with the delivery on time, the great delivery guys (Earle & Mavino) unpacked and put the furniture in the bedroom taking the packaging away, only problem the mirror was broken so returned and replacement rescheduled

Really good experience with delivery of our chest of drawers from Cotswold Company. Very helpful and polite delivery drivers. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you.

In talks with customer care regarding delivery but it's not a speedy response from them at all and I don't feel that care is being given to me, the customer. Fingers crossed for a successful outcome.

Great products and professional fittings great delivery communication,great customer seevice but unfortunately had 2 very expensive items delivered and both of them faulty/damaged due to bad handling in warehouses or at depo delivery and unfortunately send back both items to be replaced.
Would buy again but the worry and question always will be there how will be the item when delivered and unpacked….

We have had several deliveries from Cotswold Co now. All furniture has been great quality and the one time we had an issue with damage it was resolved quickly and easily.
Have and will continue to recommend to friends and family.

Have returned items after nearly 4 weeks I’ve not had a refund and they don’t answer emails
Customer service is non existent and I won’t be using them again. Suggest anyone else doesn’t use them either.
Not sure now how to get my money back.

They sent me the wrong colour product. Then lied to me to say it only comes in on e colour and its the lighting conditions that make it look different. Even though the lighting (the sun) is the same here as in the Cotswold.
The lie was exposed by a previous review on the website saying that the outdoor seating set was sent one two halves each in a different colour.

Great service all round.
Initially phoned the company and spoke to Elizabeth, who answered all my questions and completed the order. Had to phone back a day later to change the delivery date, and was lucky enough to get Elizabeth again who sorted it in minutes.
The two delivery drivers were Andrew and Silas who were excellent. There was a manufacturing error with the wardrobe meaning the pre-drilled holes wouldn't match up with the screw holes. Andrew managed to drill new holes and complete the installation - full marks.
Later on I spoke to Chay Ager in Customer Services who arranged a partial refund on the item because of the manufacturing error.
I was expecting to have to jump through hoops to get any sort of refund but everything was in the driver's report and I was pleasantly surprised to have it sorted to my satisfaction so quickly.
The refund hit my bank two days later.
All four people I dealt with were excellent.
I have another couple of items to buy, and I'm certainly going to use Cotswold Company again.

Just had a great delivery from Cotswold. The delivery drivers Jermaine H and Mus were great. Very polite, unpacked the furniture and moved it into the rooms I wanted them in. Great service

Gorgeous solid, comfortable chairs. Delivery communication was great and was on time.

A great range of characterful furniture that makes our house a home. This is around our 10th purchase from Cotswold. Ordering through the shop made a lot of difference as well as keeping the shops alive. Bernard and Ryan (from Cotswold) not only delivered my bookcase with excellent care and condition but were very supportive and took it to the room of my choosing and unpackaged it for me too. They were such a blessing and a ray of sunshine too.

Jermaine H and Sadiki delivered our furniture and were extremely helpful and friendly

We bought a dining table and it was exactly what we wanted. We were kept updated on delivery times.
Bernard / Joe built the product for us. They were respectful and extremely careful and tidy. They were really friendly and had everything built and packaging removed in 15 mins. They explained how everything worked and even put it in its final position. Couldn't ask for more!

Fantastic service, great quality!
First, I was not expecting a delivery as prompt as it came. Second. the two delivery men were kind and efficient. As for the furniture, lovely. As good as in the description on the website. The dressing table is perfect tor my room as the chairs are for the dining room. The craftsmanship is superb! I am impressed!
