Good showroom display of furniture and accessories, friendly customer service advisor who helped with our order. Very good follow up with confirmation of order and delivery details. Also very good communication with delivery and very helpful delivery team, who were in constant contact on the day of the delivery.

Great experience
We’ve been looking at wardrobes online. We made a special journey to Harpenden. This was the closest showroom for us to look at the wardrobes. It was very busy. We had a look around by ourselves. Nancy approached us, asked us if she could help us. Gave us all the information we needed with comparison images of wardrobes with dimensions on her computer, which was really helpful. We bought the wardrobe. The whole experience was great.

stunning products and outstanding customer service
Our experience with The Cotswolds Company has been first class. The products are of excellent quality, and the customer service has been outstanding throughout, both from the team in the Harpenden showroom and the online support team.
I would, however, like to single out Charlotte from the Harpenden showroom. She has been incredibly helpful, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.

I was given a window for the delivery the day before and a more precise time on the day. The driver and assistant (Bernard and Keenan) were efficient and good humoured. The table was put into the requested room in the packaging, for me to assemble and the chairs were unpacked at the van and their packaging was removed.
