Very happy with the delivery of Cotswold table and chairs.I was kept informed of time of arrival. Morgan and Jacob were very polite and professional. They assembled the table and gave a demonstration on how to extend the table.All the packaging was taken away. Great service .
Also very pleased with the furniture which looks good in the kitchen.

Great service, easy to buy. Delivery slot picked and team arrived as they said they would and sent me regular texts, so i knew how far away. All unpacked and out in my room of choice with care. Great team. Furniture looks beautiful. Cant wait to see it all in the finished room when we've finished decorating!

Very good quality product, good communication communications through the delivery process. There was a slight piece of damage on our first delivery which was fixed immediately. I would use again.

Delivery although on time was a courier company so didn’t unpack or take packaging away which usually Cotswold company do.

am extremely disappointed with my experience returning items to The Cotswold Company.
I am trying to return four cushions worth approximately £100, but the returns process has been unnecessarily difficult. The return requires an Evri QR code, yet when I followed the instructions on the website, Evri did not recognise The Cotswold Company in its returns system. After trying again, I received a message stating that the return could not be processed and that I would need to contact customer services.
Over the past week, I have spent a considerable amount of time communicating with customer services. I provided screenshots showing the problem and asked how I should proceed. Despite this, I have still not been provided with a workable solution and have received no response to my latest email.
I understand that technical issues can occur, but what has been most frustrating is the lack of resolution and communication. As a customer simply trying to return unwanted items within the returns process, I would expect a straightforward alternative to be provided when the company's own system fails.
At this point, I am still waiting for clear instructions on how to return my items.

Abi was friendly, knowledgeable and offered great customer service

I paid for a timeslot delivery for two items of furniture between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and was contacted the day before to confirm this was going ahead. However, the courier arrived at 12:40 PM to deliver the furniture. I spoke to the driver over my Ring doorbell and heard them say they could probably come back between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

After taking a half-day off work to wait around, I received a text message saying they were unable to attend as the customer wasn’t available. I phoned the company, but they couldn't get in contact with the drivers and told me they should have waited for my delivery slot. I have now cancelled the order, which is a real shame.

So, this review is in two parts. I would have given 5 stars for the furniture, which is lovely, solid, stylish. However, the customer service experience was not good at all, so I have settled at 4 stars. Delivery was late (two and a half hours after the given time slot!), and trying to contact customer service to work out what was going on was a nightmare. Several phone calls and being bounced around many times - shame because the furniture is lovely.

We were greeted in a very professional and friendly way at the Tunbridge Wells branch. We were guided around the products and then given the time we needed to make a decision on which sofa and fabric we would like to purchase. The staff answered any questions professionally. We are very happy with the sofa we chose and the visit to Cotswold was a great experience. The products are beautiful and of high quality. We will definitely return.

I’ll start with the fact that the product (Chester butchers block kitchen island) is awesome, looks great, well built and performs flawlessly. Purchase was easy, description and specifications online very accurate, and no long wait for delivery, even in deepest North Yorkshire! As if that’s not enough, the delivery was bang on time, and our 2 delivery gentlemen, Marlon and Damian, were super polite, respectful of the house, very strong and took away every piece of recycling, thank you very much.

Excellent service from Siu-Pai and his colleague. They took the bed up two flights of very narrow stairs and removed all the packing. Could not fault them.

First time round an external company was used to deliver our sofa which was damaged. The Cotswold company sent a replacement with Ian and Will who weee brilliant - painless delivery and assembly and all packaging removed - thank you

Wonderful, helpful, reliable, efficient, everyone in sales, customer services and delivery men were so friendly and helpful, it was a really impressive service.

We ordered the Inglesham Whitewash Oak extending dining table and chairs. The quality is great. Good solid oak with beautiful natural grain. Excellent customer service, great range of quality items that last and look great
