The Cotswold Company - Chelmsford Reviews

Absolute pleasure - both our visit to the store and subsequent telephone conversations. The staff could not have been more helpful, and patient, when we were placing our order over the phone.

I bought the larder and the stool when they sale on August. However my house under renovation and plan available on November. I emailed them and they are very efficient and helpful. They helped me to put the order in and hold them until the house is ready.
Finally, the renovation is finished early. Therefore I called them and arranged the delivery. Simple and easy. The delivery service was good, they handled them with care.
The quality of products is excellent. I love the larder very much.

Very helpful staff in the Chelmsford branch where we made our order. Fast delivery and good communication letting us know the delivery dates and time. All in all a positive experience.

Very helpful staff. Kate was a delight to deal with.

Most helpful,friendly staff..

A quick response to my enquiry, friendly staff and fast delivery. Thank you.

The store had a good display of the types of furniture we were looking to purchase. We received very helpful advice and support from the assistant manager which led us to purchase a selection of furniture items (wardrobe, desk, a small cupboard and 2 bedside tables). Thank you Leonora! We are now looking forward to delivery :-)

Very helpful assistance all round.
We ordered a new dining table and chairs.
We recommend the company to our ft.

We were impressed from the point of purchase to the delivery. We were informed at every stage of the delivery process by email and text of the delivery time window. The two delivery guys (Ian & Dani) were polite and respectful of our property. We would recommend The Cotswold Company for future purchases.

Ross and Gavin turned up on time and unpacked and positioned the ottoman to where I wanted it. Ross put the legs on the ottoman and Gavin removed the packaging.
Both Ross and Gavin were polite, careful and considerate with how the furniture was delivered. They were also considerate to my neighbours when parking the delivery van.

The ladies in the shop were very helpful and didn’t rush us.

Thank you to The Cotswold Shop in Chelmsford
Lovely product, great service and delivery

Just thought I would put a review of the Chelmsford store as they have always been mega helpful (Super Helen) in particular, but having said that they are all really nice!!
After agonising about getting all new dining room furniture we decided to get the Inglesham Oak small kitchen island to finish off, only to find it was out of stock, Helen found one for us (many thanks) and it all arrived yesterday, we are thoroughly delighted.
Many thanks

Stewart and Jacque arrived on time , were respectful of the property and friendly. It was a big order and we are the top floor apartment but they cracked on and provided a first class delivery service

All the team in Chelmsford were very helpful and patient as we went through our decision-making process.
We were buying two sofas, two armchairs, and some sideboards so getting it right was important.
We'd definitely go into the store and get their advice and input. I work in retail, I would definately say they're a credit to their company.

A lady called Helen served us today. She was extremely helpful, showing us different options and giving advice. It was a very pleasant experience and I just know we will be back very soon.

Very helpful manager in Chelmsford.
