An amazing service
What an amazing service from Cotswold Company from support from the Knutsford store team in placing our order to the fantastic delivery team / service we cannot fault this company.
Bernard and Keenan were so professional and respectful of our home, they carefully carried our new sofas into the cottage and then unwrapped them taking all the rubbish away. They placed the furniture where we wanted and we such a credit to the company. Thank you Cotswold company but especially to our two great guys this morning the quality of our new furniture is brilliant.

Extremely helpful assistance from the moment I walked in. This lady laid out the size of the rug I wanted on the floor and had a very good sized sample. Had it ordered and delivery booked with minutes. Extremely professional and efficient and very pleasant to deal with. The shop itself is superb.

Wonderful experience in The Cotswold…
Wonderful experience in The Cotswold Company Knutsford. I made two visits to buy a sofa. On the first visit I received quite a bit of help from Sylvia choosing fabrics from the samples of colour scheme I’d brought of my existing kitchen. I went away with them for a week and went back to order yesterday (coincidentally Sylvia served us again). I would also like to mention a young man in The Cotswold Company Knutsford (sorry I didn’t catch his name) who was also very friendly and welcoming and was very knowledgeable about Cotswold Company sofas and helped me on the choosing a sofa aspect of my visit. The shop is immaculate, inspiring and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Kate from knutsford store was fabulous . Did the initial quote inshore with Sylvia she was so nice and very helpful. We wasn’t ready to order due to a house move . We believe in helping out the high street so when we were ready I phoned the shop to place the order there and do some amendments. Nothing was too much bother for Kate . I also had an email offering 15% off which they honoured . Well done Knutfords store . 💯 %

Warm and friendly service on three separate visits. Helpful without being pushy. When I decided what I wanted to do, the sales process was straight forward and speedy. The other items I will be buying were not in your sale, so will purchase separately over the next few weeks.
