As always entering Cotswold is serene…
As always entering Cotswold is serene and calming experience. Immediately greeted by a smile and enquiry of help required by a charming assistant. Help was given in securing exactly what I had chosen and then beautifully packaged whilst having a pleasant chat. A favourite store for me when thinking of gifts also.

Exemplary Service
Our experience with the Cotswold Co. from our visit to the Knutsford showroom through to delivery and installation, was excellent. Special thanks to Ryan & Chris who delivered and set up our dining table & chairs. They were punctual, courteous and completed the installation in good time. They also took great care to demonstrate the table’s operation and ensure all waste materials were tidied away and removed. Highly recommended - Thank You both!

Excellent customer service from Joanne
Excellent customer service from Joanne, both from our initial phone chat to our visit to your beautiful store in Knutsford. Joanne carefully pinpointed our needs and aspirations for a supportive high back settee and advised on fabric weaves and colour selection. We were so glad to visit and try out the furniture we had chosen online. Thank you so much Joanne for your guidance and patience.
