The Cotswold Company - Knutsford Reviews

Excellent place and the staff

Very friendly and helpful service at the Knutsford store. Products are of excellent quality. Would definitely recommend.

Great communication and efficient service. Furniture is great quality.

Lovely store in Knutsford and helpful friendly store manager

A beautiful designed building allowing the furniture to be put in proper room settings.
It felt inviting and relaxed. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.
Only disappointment Is that 2 items I wanted weren't available for 8 weeks.

Bernard and Kanwarpal (order 6762594) were excellent. They delivered our sofa safely, were very helpful and gave a really professional and pleasant service.

Thank you

Fran

Lovely store with helpful, friendly staff. Always a pleasure to have a mooch around, well laid out store with lots of beautiful items.

Beautiful store and very friendly and knowledgeable assistants. Hopefully we will be ordering soon. Thank you

The quality of the goods, the calm atmosphere in store and the quality of service

Fantastic service from the male assistant. He gave us the time and space to try the sofas but was on hand with help and advice. Good knowledge of products and helpful tips on which filling to choose and the best fabrics for our lifestyle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store. First class helpful and friendly service. Cannot wait to take delivery of our new sofa.

Katie and Sylvia were extremely helpful and professional during my recent visit to the Knutsford store

Have now bought a large bookcase and two large bedside chests of drawers, and been very satisfied with the quality of the items and my experience dealing with the company. Always had good communication with the staff at the Knutsford store, and delivery drivers Bernard and Michael took great care when bringing my recent items.

Your products are amazing, your staff and delivery team are exceptional and helpful.

Our experience with the Cotswold Company, was excellent from start to finish.
Our furniture was delivered on time and communication was great throughout the whole of the process.
We ordered the Inglesham white washed oak bedroom furniture, it looks great and the quality is exceptionally good.
I’d like to mention Bernard and Satar, who delivered our furniture. They were great, they unpacked it all for us and disposed of the rubbish. They were polite and courteous and very respectful of our home.
I would highly recommend the Cotswold Company furniture and their overall service.

What a refreshing change to experience customer service that is effective in terms of the company policies which support my requests, and also competent in the delightful and intelligent service I received from Jenny.
Our order has not arrive yet, but so far I have been very impressed with The Cotswold Company, thank you.

Excellent delivery by Cotswold's own team. Ryan and Bernard were so pleasant and helpful. Arrived on time, assembled the extending table, removed all packaging and demonstrated how it worked. Polite and friendly. 10 out of 10.

Good and fast order and delivery for my double bed.
The delivery service team Ryan and Bernard were super helpful and dropped off the items where I asked very polite!

What a place this is !! From the moment you walk in to find so many rooms in situ , as you walk through everything is stunning . Do not take your Wife/ partner as you cannot resist to buy!!
Joanne was so helpful and gave us some great advice on colour matching and new products . We have placed some new orders and we are just measuring up at home to go back to buy some new Lounge furniture !!
