Over the past 5 weeks we have visited…
Over the past 5 weeks we have visited the Cotswold Company Bath store to furnish our home. We have been extremely impressed with the service provided by Kate and Millicent at this location. Both Cotswold representatives were highly knowledgeable about the products, delivery timelines, and made much appreciated suggestions regarding material specifications. Kate was the first representative we interacted with and she was top notch. She spent the needed time with us to ensure our order was accurate and that the shipping was well coordinated. We interacted with Millicent on a subsequent visit and found her to also be friendly and knowledgeable as well. Both representatives gave us their attention while successfully interacting with other customers such that we didn't feel rushed--this was so appreciated. Finally, the beauty of the Bath store (the building and the skylights!) contribute to an aesthetically pleasing shopping experience that is inspirational.

Delivery team Gary and Ant very capable, drawers had to come out as very heavy before bringing upstairs but all done ok.
