It has been a real pleasure buying my lovely new, small Saxon sofa from the Cotswold company whose customer service has been outstanding. It was delivered on 21st October 2026 by two wonderful, polite and courteous men (Roger and Mavino). Nothing was too much trouble. They arrived with shoe covers for their shoes and my new carpet! When they left my flat, they took away the boxing and packaging which was great. Because I live in Dorset, I was unable to try out the sofa for myself in a Cotswold store but I took a risk, looked at my sofa’s measurements online and because I’ve lost height due to Osteoporosis, knew that the small Saxon sofa would be perfect for me and my feet would actually touch the ground! And it is perfect! Everyone I spoke to on the phone at the Cotswold Company in Norwich were all so polite, very knowledgeable and really helpful in my decision to buy the sofa. I would like to thank Ali, the first person I spoke to and thereafter quite a few times for all of his help, then Laura Stolworthy, Lorna and finally Chris Sillis who was so helpful in arranging a delivery after midday. I would definitely recommend the Cotswold Company without hesitation.

Really excellent service
We were looking for a recently discontinued kitchen island that friends had seen in the Canterbury store but we are in Norfolk. The assistant at the Norwich store (sorry but I can’t remember her name) went above and beyond to locate one at the Telford outlet store. Jess at the Telford outlet store was incredibly helpful in reserving one for us to collect. We could not have asked for a better service. Just looking forward to the coffee table arriving next week.

Super delivery gents
Taken my delivery today from Ian and Gabriele - what a relief to see these two lovely gents - had very negative delivery experiences previously with company Cotswold used to use - what a refreshing change today - so polite, friendly and helpful.
Another mention for Lisa in the Outlet at Norwich - exceptional service from Lisa, nothing too much trouble, absolutely went the extra mile - thank you so much Lisa.
