Would happily recommend Andrews Wallington.
I’ve used Andrews Wallington for both letting and eventually selling my property and had a great experience throughout.
Rebecca in Lettings was responsive, practical and made managing the property much easier. James and Liudmila in Sales were brilliant throughout the sale — always available, proactive with chasing and particularly helpful when things needed a push towards the end.
Selling a leasehold flat isn’t always straightforward, but the team helped keep everything moving and got me over the finish line. Really grateful to them all and would happily recommend Andrews Wallington.

Friendly and Professional Service
I viewed a flat with Harpindar and Leila, who were both very friendly, polite and professional. They were welcoming, easy to speak to and provided all the important information about the property. Overall, a very positive viewing experience.

Great services
Janine was fab.
Kept me up to date on everything and every movement. Also helped step in and prompted both solicitors sides of we didn’t receive an update.
She was genuine and couldn’t seem happier for me the day I got the keys. Other staff were always so helpful and polite on the phone if Janine was out. Always returned your call if you left a message or emailed.
I would recommend.
