Company absolutely brilliant but…
Company absolutely brilliant but delivery service horrendous. Not only did I receive my order but 3 others from places as far away as 1 hour drive. Getting stuff back to Angel and Rocket took time. The delivery service horrendous would put me off ordering anything else. Seasalt uses Royal Mail and is brilliant.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re really pleased to hear your thoughts on Angel & Rocket. 💖
However, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery service on this occasion and the inconvenience caused by receiving multiple parcels from different orders. We completely understand how frustrating and time-consuming it must have been to sort and return these items.
This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, and your feedback regarding our delivery partner is very important. We have shared your comments with the relevant team at our warehouse and at Evri so that this can be reviewed and investigated carefully.
We’re glad you were able to return your items, but we fully appreciate that the delivery experience would impact your view of ordering again. Thank you again for your honest feedback, it helps us identify where improvements are needed. 💖
