Excellent customer service purchasing…
Excellent customer service purchasing this lamp. The staff were couteous and could not do enough to help. The lamp was very well packed and the members of staff in the shop helped me to load it into my car.
The shade is larger than it appears online, so make sure you take note of the diameter measurement. I've since bought a smaller shade, so it looks more proportionate. The base is stunning and would make a statement piece in any room.

The chair is ideal for me
The chair is ideal for me - it fits me! If was delivered, in the colour I wanted, within a couple of weeks, and when it arrived the driver carried it, and the footstool into my flat, at the furthest end of the building from the entrance without complaint. All in all what I wanted, when I wanted, how I wanted. I couldn't ask for more!

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and understand how frustrating it is when an order takes longer than expected to arrive.
Your order was placed on 24 April for a pre-order item. At the time of purchase, the product page advised an approximate lead time of 3–4 weeks, and a confirmation email was sent explaining that the item was on pre-order. We also emailed you during the order process to confirm the expected timescale, and you kindly confirmed that you were happy for us to proceed.
The item arrived with us within the expected pre-order lead time and was dispatched as soon as it was received. Unfortunately, after dispatch, DPD incorrectly routed the parcel to Heathrow rather than Edinburgh, which resulted in an additional delay beyond our control.
Whilst we appreciate that the overall wait was disappointing, we hope this helps explain the circumstances surrounding your order. We are grateful for your patience and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Outstanding Quality
Angela Reed were able to supply the the bed I wanted at a very competitive price. The lead in time stated was extremely accurate and communication was responsive and effective. I did have some concerns about delivery being ‘to the room of choice’ after being told it was doorstep only however this was resolved and the delivery staff fully installed the bed. They were extremely efficient in this and the quality of the bed is outstanding!
