Misleading information on purchase.
The delivery service was awful. We were in. They dumped boxes on doorstep without even ringing doorbell. One box was badly damaged. It was very difficult for us to carry heavy boxes inside and we had to unpack the boxes and then carry separate components into house ourselves. At shop when purchasing We were led to believe tha assembling chairs was simply fixing bottom of chair to actual chair. This was far from reality. The instructions were complicated (needed guidance from YouTube) and required considerable strength. This was challenging for an elderly couple

All round perfect!
Great staff when I went into the store to look at chairs. Quick delivery, perfect chair for a good price. The delivery men moved another piece of furniture for me too, with a smile.
