Nice jute rugs
Easy to order, fairly prompt to come into stock and be delivered.
Cardboard packaging quite damaged on arrival but product intact save for heavy creasing as folded rather than rolled - not ideal for 2 large - ish jute rugs. Waiting for them to flatten and settle in situ .

Make sure your order is in stock!
When I ordered the cake stand there was no indication that the item wasn't in stock.
I had an order confirmation that it would be delivered in 1-2 working days.
Then I had an email saying that as I had pre ordered the item I would get an email to say when it was back in stock ready for dispatch.
Order took nearly 4 weeks to arrive so my daughter got her birthday present 3 weeks late.

This cake stand is one of our most popular items and, as such, is usually only available on pre-order. This was the case when you placed your order and would have been the button you clicked when placing in your basket.
However, we take on board that you may have found the 'your order is placed' email and the subsequent pre-order email that accompanies it, caused confusion and frustration for you.
In light of this, we have now amended the email sequence moving forward.
We do hope that your daughter enjoyed her cake stand in spite of the delay and we are sorry again that she did not get it on time.

The item I brought was great
The item I brought was great, however there was a stock discrepancy and I had to wait for it to come into stock again. I was informed that this was the case and I was happy to wait, however it took longer than stated and I had to chase the order. Communication is key and it should not be down to the customer.

I am so glad I ordered from Angela Reed…
I am so glad I ordered this gorgeous Bronte by Moon woollen blanket online from Angela Reed, it was a really good price and my order was processed and delivered super quickly. Felt really reassured by the update notifications too. The colours of the blanket were just like the photos and better! It’s so soft and thick, perfect for sofa snuggling, camping and summer evenings dining outside. Feels great to have ordered through an independent UK shop too. I guess the only thing that would have helped me make a faster purchase, would have been more real-life photos of the product in situ so I could see more of the colours across the blanket.
