Thank you for sharing your feedback, Helen. We’re always keen to provide more information and address any concerns, as we really value the time and effort people put into engaging with our research opportunities.
Each study we run is based on a specific set of criteria provided by our clients. These can be quite detailed and sometimes niche, which means that unfortunately, not everyone will be eligible for every project. To ensure meaningful insights, we’re often looking for a carefully balanced mix of participants—this includes a broad range of ages, backgrounds, and locations to reflect the diversity of the UK population.
If you’d like us to look into your recent applications and eligibility in more detail, our team would be happy to help. Please feel free to get in touch at info@angelfish-opinions.com or call us on (0)1242 908872.
Kind regards,
The Angelfish team

Best of the best!
For anybody who wants to participate in market research, make Angelfish your first port of call! I have been part of a couple of projects recently and they really set the standard for professional, thorough, efficient research. Fantastic, friendly team;
fair rewards; efficient admin and technology that works smoothly. They leave a lot of very well know agencies in the dust!

They just want your data for free part 2
they just make you do the survey and then they tell you you don't qualify for the study.
If you are a highly qualified person born oversea, they'll never classify you as suitable for their interviews.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re always really keen to provide more information and address any concerns raised, as we really value the experience of people engaging with our services.
I can reassure that we do not share your personal information with any third parties, as clearly stated in our Privacy Policy. We take privacy seriously, and your data is handled with the utmost care.
Regarding the screener survey, these are used to determine eligibility for specific studies. Since our clients have specific criteria, unfortunately, not everyone will qualify for every study. We understand this can be frustrating, however, the criteria are set by our clients to ensure their target audience are included within their market research sessions.
As a UK-based company, we are only able to include participants living in the UK, but being born outside of the UK does not automatically disqualify anyone. We work with a wide variety of participants from diverse backgrounds.
If you’d like more information about why you didn’t qualify for a particular study, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at info@angelfish-opinions.com or give us a call at 01242 908872. We’d be happy to provide clarification.
