Hello Sabrina, we are very sorry for the frustration regarding your canceled order and refund status. Please note that we never cancel orders without a system or inventory reason, and 'customer requested' is sometimes the default tag applied when an order fails automated security or stock verification. Your funds are not lost. Refund processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your financial institution once issued. Please message us directly with your order number so we can verify the exact status of your transaction and expedite your refund immediately.
The money was refunded because you sold out of the perfume.
