Today my car broke down in the car park at Enfield Shopping Centre and Kev from Recovery came to help. He provided fantastic service — very professional, friendly, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got my car started again in no time.
I really appreciate his help and calm approach during a stressful situation. Excellent service, and a big thank you to Kev for his outstanding assistance.

Massive thank you to Faz at Angel Recovery! Faz looked after my mother after a traumatic breakdown experience. He showed her an incredible amount of kindness, respect and compassion after the AA left her in such a compromising position. Excellent service right on time

I had an accident in a very vulnerable location. My son and I were waiting anxiously for the pick up truck. Alex arrived and within 10 minutes had moved the car and ourselves to safety. I cannot thank him enough for recognising our needs and acting so expediently. He drove us home, a very friendly nature. He looked over the car and under carriage and offered reassurance that the extent of the damage was not what I initially thought.
I would highly recommend Angel Recovery and Alex and would definitely use them again if I was in a difficult situation on the roads.

This company are exploting people.
They make them work for 5 days and then get rid of you.

Absolutely appalling experience with Angel Recovery on 10/12/25. The driver who arrived in a van (registration MF72AVC) flat-out refused to recover me for no valid reason and behaved in an aggressive, confrontational manner from the start.

What made this far worse is that his actions were genuinely dangerous — as he drove off, he nearly ran me over. This is completely unacceptable and terrifying behaviour from someone operating a recovery vehicle. I was left feeling unsafe, shaken, and abandoned at the roadside.

I also felt I was treated in a discriminatory way, which only added to how upsetting and unacceptable this situation was. This was not just unprofessional — it was reckless.

A recovery company should be there to help people in vulnerable situations, not intimidate or endanger them. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company until they seriously address their driver conduct and safety standards.

Appalling customer service from the admin staff. Had no regard to a disabled man waiting 6 hours on the side of the road. Thank god for the tyre fitter who turned up to replace two tyres that I had destroyed due to being cut up by a push bike, yep a push bike. When the fitter turned up who was a true Angel, at 11pm said he had only got the job 45 mins previously and had just started his shift. The admin staff at Angel said that the fitter was on his way and was in Bermondsey which was 5 miles away. Clearly a lie !!! Poor, very poor customer focused who don’t care or have even an ounce of empathy. Hopefully one day they will break down and see how it feels.

Frank arrived on time, he had no hard feelings for making him wait, he treated my bike like it was his own, he made the journey back to me when I left my phone in the truck.

sound guy, he is an asset to the company and deserves recognition.

I can't speak highly enough of the service, if we ever have a breakdown again we'll be using this company. Connor attended our breakdown and solved numerous problems in collecting the vehicle, it was late on a Sunday night and he attended within 30mins, was professional throughout and provided an exceptional service. Highly recommended, a big thank you to Connor.

I would like to forward my deep appreciation and gratitude to the excellent professional service I have received from Mikail and Huseyni. My car was recovered to Vauxhall garage in east London by Angel Recovery on last Saturday. Both guys have been out of this world for their coordination and determination to get the car out of an awkward parking place. We couldn't move the electric car so they had to use every tool in book to get it to the truck. Not to mention the harsh cold temp at night. Thank you so much. Very happy and grateful.

A similar experience of bad driving to 'hammershud' below. A company recovery truck driver dangerously tailgated x2 cars (at over 80mph), then made highly offensive gestures to them as he overtook. Finally, he forced his way into traffic on the off ramp at the last minute. Highly dangerous and a VERY bad advertisement for their company. VRN: MH73 NGX, DTG: 11.33hrs Sat 9 Nov, Locn: M40 (Oxford ring road). Having once run a transport business, I'd have sacked this driver on the spot if he was one of my employees. They need to get a grip before this fella kills somebody.

Was dangerously cut up by one of their recovery trucks driving like a nutter trying to save 2 seconds. Had on dash cam but couldn't get clear number plate so police cannot action. Drivers like this have a habit of driving dangerously, so I will report if I see again. Avoid if you don't want your vehicle put at risk by drivers like this!!

My tyre burst after going over a pot hole. I had run flats so was very confused. I Used angel through AA, Mustafa was amazing he came quickly and was very knowledgeable with the information he gave me. I’m a women who’s tyre burst at 1in the morning, mustafa was so kind and friendly made me feel very safe through out the whole service. I can’t recommend him enough. Ever recovery guy should take note on his customer service, impeccable. Thank you!

Like another customer mentioned they exploit their workers as much as possible. Ron seemed like he was the mechanic but then I found out he was the manager.
Mo seemed like a nice and polite person to speak with while Ron behaved unethical.
Some of their merchandise break faster than others. Sliders are a complete waste of money.

I had a totally flat tyre at home and Kwik Fit could not arrange a call out for anyone to come out for FIVE days. Angel Recovery came within two hours and were supposed to take my car to Kwik Fit but Rashid from Angel Recovery told me that he thought he could fix the tyre. Within half an hour he had fixed the tyre and pumped it up to the correct pressure. What Kwik Fit could not do for five days, he did in a couple of hours and I am so grateful for the time and hassle he saved me. Could not recommend them enough!

I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Definitely never work for them. They exploit their staff. Keep 3 weeks in hand and when you leave you have to wait 2 months to receive it. Plus they will use any excuse to deduct money from your pay. They also have people working for them who have no experience in mechanics carrying out roadside repairs. This should not be allowed.

Had Ozzy Ali from Angel Recovery come along to fix a license plate that had fallen off, dispatched by Volvo Roadside Assistance. Since my car was parked at home, this wasn't an urgent assistance requirement. I agreed to wait 1.5 hours and the recovery vehicle arrived pretty much on time. Ozzy was able to get the license plates securely affixed without much issues and resolved in about 10 minutes. Appreciated the speedy fix!

Racism is rife. Uniquely Indian company. Had same problem with company called CLS (Amazon supplier) where all the white people were replaced by Indians and even the manager, a guy from Ghana, excellent at his job was replaced by an Indian. This company is worse. They discriminate from the get go. And do not pay what they call training. Meaning you get out there and do the job but no pay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My Mercedes 260E broke down coming off the A13/A406 roundabout yesterday at 3pm, sudden loss of power. The AA arranged for Angel Recovery to be there within 60/75 mins. A breakdown truck arrived within 70 minutes and the mechanic, Sean, diagnosed broken clips/ties around the throttle cable.

He made a temporary fix and kindly followed me home (about 1.5 miles away) to make sure it didn't happen again en route.

First class service, efficient, understanding and showing care I'm in my late 70s.
