The other drivers insurers Direct line paid out to QDOS within 2 weeks and I have been waiting ever since for payment. I have been telephoning and emailing almost daily without ever a repsonse and I am begining to think that this is a scam company.

I am writing this on behalf of a disabled person whom they kept his payout and i had to help him to take them to court They got in touch when he had a no fault accident they took his car and when they got paid out by the liable insurer more or less 2 weeks after the accident They kept hold of his payout after phoning numerous times and messed him around for 3 months we had to resort to taking them through the small claims courts which only then they paid up but avoided paying court costs and interest which we are pursuing. These are a scam company they say they will do everything do get it done as quickly ASAP but in fact once they get your payout they try to keep it i would rate this company no stars my suggestion write a written letter of your intention of court action give 14 days keep receipts and go through the small claims courts then they pay it should not have gone that far worth it he was owed £3000 which is not pennies how ARE these companies are still trading it is unlawful practice customers are a money making deal for these people these were on the BBC Watch dog over these dealings against customers who put there trust in them so BEWARE AVOID AVOID AVOID

Because QDOS was helpful all the advisor that i have came into contact with regarding my accident they were all helpful and continue to help me and some me a lot of support so i can't find any fault with them and that is my honest experience with the company and they all did there best to help and support me and even believe me that i was telling the truth and they even find it out or them self too, thank you too all of the advisors good team work and they all talk to me and treat me with respect.
