Robin Anderson at QDOS is the only insurance employee that has a brain and is pleasant to speak with. Honestly, I don't know this lady, I'm not a friend, I'm not a family member, I live just had it up to here with insurance people and this lady made it very easy. She was a human being, which was rare on the end of a telephone - and I'm not talking about automated calls, I mean she seemed normal and not like someone who is simply out to "follow the policy" and not be an obtuse robot like jester. Only had one interaction but based off this alone, I feel confident about dealing with this company. I have no loyalties to this company. I couldn't care less, swear on my life, but now I'm not thinking some criminals are out to just try and make as much money as possible. If her employees are looking at this, they should give her a raise or a promotion. Treat your staff well and they make you way more money, trust me, this is a human who thinks. Thanks Robin.

From the outset of contact QDOS case handlers have been diligent and empathic. They sought to gain necessary information from myself and the other party with courtesy and professionalism. Through regular communication I was assured that QDOS acted in my best interests resulting in fair recompence.

QDos was recommended to me after a road traffic accident that wasn’t my fault.
They took all the details regarding the accident. I sent photos of the damage to my vehicle plus proof of ownership etc.
They took full charge of the claim on my behalf and also arranged for a hire car while my car was repaired

It was a great service and took most of the stress away.

Good communication fast service

Having contact with the garage really helped. Once it was in it was smooth and quick. It did take a little while however I believe that was due to other parties insurance causing delays.
