Anglo Doorstep Collections Reviews

Very efficient, trackable service.
Drivers always pleasant.
5 stars!

Amazing service. I had a huge bag of clothes which was too large to walk down to the local charity shop, so I booked a collection with this company and it was so straight forward and easy. Booked a day when they were in the area, and they picked up today. Great service and also a lovely man who picked the clothes up. Will deffo be using again.

The collection tracking is excellent. I know what time donations are being collected and the name of the driver and registration of the van

Quick and efficient collection, all left outside and collected professionally by driver - thank you.

Great company to deal with, very efficient and the driver Richard was very helpful and a nice guy to deal with.

Really easy to set up collection. Great instructions on how to package items. Love that I could track the collection in realtime too, great idea!
Richard the driver was polite and friendly, thank you for making it so easy!

Smooth and simple from start to finish helpful and friendly driver live updates and questions answered quickly can’t recommend them enough. It would be nice to have more charity choices

Anglo Doorstep Collections kept us updated every step of the way. A great service and excellent way to donate to charity - thank you.

Very efficient and straightforward

Easy to book. Simple collection with lots of updates on driver location. Moreso than a lot of couriers!

The process from booking to collection was explained clearly, and the driver arrived on time and was on his way without delay.

Great service, very friendly driver altogether a nice experience.

Really helpful in all respects, from initial booking to being kept informed to final friendly collection. Excellent service all round.

Excellent all round, helpful emails to explain how to prepare donations, to plan collection and to be informed all the way.
Such a boon to a person like me with poor mobility and no transport to enable donations to go to charity rather than landfill:so grateful

Easy to book, person collected on time, but as well as 2 bags, we also left a rucksack out for collection, but this wasn't taken

It all went well but what made it extra special was the driver who came to collect it. He was a complete delight, such a nice young man.

Fantastic Service. Collected well within time slot. Will definitely use again. Thankyou

Once again an excellent service, on time and tracked all the way to the door. We will use again.

Anglo make the process very straightforward - easy to book a collection, easy to understand how to pack everything and I was informed of the 2 hour collection window the previous evening. I just had to leave the bags outside my front door and they were collected without disturbing me. Brilliant! Will definitely use Anglo Doorstop Collections again.

the process of donating - in my case 9 boxes of books - was seamlessly easy. great experience! i'll certainly come back to them in the future
