Anglo Doorstep Collections Reviews

Fantastic service and a reliable way to re-home unwanted goods. I like the fact that donated items are often found new homes or, if sold, the proceeds go to a charity of one’s choosing.
Booking is easy and collections always on time. I have recommended Anglo Doorstep to many friends.

Excellent booking process and a great service - would definitely recommend this company

This is the second time I have used Anglo Doorstep collections now. Great Service.. Very Happy will definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future... Thank you

Very good service, have used twice and will use again in the future.

Your driver was kind and efficient.

I have used Anglo several times now and the service is always great. Simple booking process.Good to see where the driver is and the arrival time. Excellent as always. Would recommend

Arranging collection very easy and can be changed up to collection date. Collected on the time given and tracking kept me informed. Can leave outside for them to collect. All in all an excellent experience and will use again.

Very convenient. Easy to use, with live tracking to see exactly when they are due to arrive

The collector doesn’t ring the door bell. They just take photo of the door and leave, marking it down as “unable to collect”. I was sat at the window tracking the delivery, but didn’t see or hear anyone at the door. Please could you make an effort to ring the door bell.

Easy to book a collection, I've used the service twice now. I had a time slot of 2 hours the evening before when the driver's ETA is. Then, a method of tracking on the day. I have the reg. of the van and the persons name. I do not need to be at home. The person collecting was pleasant and efficient such a great service. Would recommend.

Easy to book, efficient and on time with friendly driver — I would definitely recommend 👍

I left the bags and boxes outside my door as I was working from home Lee was very quiet collecting them which living in a very quiet village with elderly people makes a lot of difference that is why I use your services as not only going to good causes and are very convenient you’re drivers also respect the property and the quietness of the collection that’s why I have recommended you to many people as it very easy to book a collection once booked the process runs smoothly

I found this service online. They collect your unwanted items and they go to a charity that you can chose from a menu.
Collection from your door with no hassle!

Easy booking process. The driver was friendly and on time. I could also track the driver on the map and knew when he would arrive. I will book a pickup again soon.

I don't have a car and, as I'm getting old, trips to charity shops have been quite demanding for me and then I discovered Anglo Doorstep Collections. I've just had my first collection of books which would have required 7 or 8 trips. The collector arrived as scheduled so now I'm very very happy and will use the service again soon.

Fantastic service! Easy to book a slot with great communication before and after the collection. Can’t recommend this more highly! Thank you!

Website info easy to understand; straightforward to arrange collection; friendly and helpful drivers/collectors.
