Anglo Doorstep Collections Reviews

all bags cleared at given time so very pleased with service

Booked at a convenient time and collected during time scale 😊

It is so nice to have the charity bags and boxes picked up. Wonderful idea. The gentleman whom came today was most polite, well mannered, Thank you x

Great collection

Really easy to book online with good communication of my time slot and being able to track it and see how many minutes the driver would be with me really helped. The driver was friendly and I was very impressed by his strength as he carried my 5 very heavy bags in one go! Have recommended to friends. I have a disability so this service really helped me

Up to date information about collection times

Thank you for making this donation of my late husband's clothes easy for me. The friendly driver was happy to collect the boxes from inside. I recommend this method of donation as I do not drive and am disabled.

The time slot was good and driver arrived soon after the early hours. Very efficient and fast and a very pleasant guy. Happy with the whole experience.

Great service to use for charity donation collections.
Went online, selected an available date (which was about a week away so good to do in advance if you know you will need it and you can move the slot if needed). I was able to select from a few charities that I would like the donations to be allocated to. Was given a time slot via email the night before collection and on the day was provided live tracking. I left the bags outside which were collected with photo confirmation.
Previously I used to try and drop off myself but lots of charities did not take collections or I was unable to get to one that did.
This service was so easy to use and reliable

I got notification when the driver was coming and he was friendly and prompt. He picked up the things no problem. Definitely recommend.

Booking the collection was very easy. Confirmation and updates were regular. The day before collection i received my 2 hour collection slot. On the day, my collection was completed within the time frame I was given. The driver was friendly and efficient. I would highky recommend this service.

Very easy, picked up on time, didn't have to be in to answer the door

First time user & I can’t believe I haven’t done this before. The process is super easy to follow. Booking a collection & selecting a charity to support is a doddle. And the website clearly gives you all the info you need to make sure your donations are accepted. It’s great to have a clear out, which is encouraged, & know you’re helping people in this country & abroad. The two hour window for collection & driver tracker is great as it saves waiting in all day. I couldn’t be more satisfied & will definitely be using them again in the future, while recommending them to everyone.

It was early morning which then allowed me to get on with my day.

All good thanks and timely

Booking very easy. Collected on the day as arranged. Great service

Fantastic ,and very easy

This is my third Anglo experience. Consistently smooth administration and delightful drivers/collectors. The only concerns I have are (a) that the process may encourage people to leave parcels in the communal areas of Flats and this could be a fire risk and/or hamper evacuation in the case of fire and (b) that drivers may be tempted to use an empty private car parking bay (without permission) to park their van during collection. Otherwise a thumbs up!

What an amazing service, easy to book, email received within minutes and time of pick up confirmed night before.
Darren arrived at exactly time he said, picked up stuff and was off to his next collection !
Would highly recommend them, fantastic service all from everyone
Thank you

Fantastic service and a reliable way to re-home unwanted goods. I like the fact that donated items are often found new homes or, if sold, the proceeds go to a charity of one’s choosing.
Booking is easy and collections always on time. I have recommended Anglo Doorstep to many friends.
