Anglo Doorstep Collections Reviews

Perfect from start to finish easy to book, updates fab, two hour slot given and was prompt, pick up chap was friendly and helpful - FABULOUS SERVICE - going to book again now for round two of clearing and parting with more 😀

Driver was great, really good driver.

Absolutely brilliant service i am downsizing and have collected untold unwanted stuff. i am disabled and the driver Toby came up to my flat and took 11 boxes downstairs without complaining or moaning, he was very polite completely understood why i could not assist, If you wish to donate to charity these guys are the best and the tracker system worked brilliantly. 10/10 for Driver and company.

First time using this facility. Driver, polite. Hope to use again.

Excellent service saved me so much time and effort lugging boxes to local charity only to be turned away… Anglo arrived within the time slot and took all items as requested, will definitely use again 5*

Excellent comms regarding collection and updated time slot on chosen date. Driver arrived on time and email to confirm received.

So easy to book a slot. Driver came when expected and took all our donations away.

So easy!!! Highly recommend as the service has been brilliant!

What a brilliant service provided by Anglo doorstep collections. Saved us numerous trips to charity shops and second hand suppliers. Brilliant communication too. The booking process was super straightforward and very flexible. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is having a major clearout.

Very clear website about which items can be collected and which items cannot be taken. Easy online booking, great communication about collection and always promptly collected within given timeframe. All round excellent! Highly recommended!

Collection arrived within the window given and i appreciated the reliable updates about the driver’s ETA. The driver had a helpful attitude when it came to accessing our semi-rural property and loading the books. I was impressed how easy the donation process was. Thank you.

Great service, arrived when the tracking said so. Very polite driver.

Its very easy to book a collection. I don't have to be at home for the collection to happen. So much more convenient to give things to charity this way rather than trying to find a place for things that can be used. Also knowing roughly what time collection is and able to track it.

This was so easy to organise and well informed about collection time with updates, details of driver and vehicle. 20 bag collection at a time with donations to your chosen charity. Mine this time was RSPCA. Great service. Will use again and recommend.

The driver was very nice. He got everything in the van without any fuss. I would recomend your service.
Thank you

Excellent service. Arranging collection so easy and they gave different dates they could collect which was very convenient. Came on time to my front door and collected the bag which I had left out without any problems Even sent me a text thanking me for the contents of the bag. Outstanding

Easy booking and hassle free collection. Can even track the time they will collect. Great service.
