Anglo Doorstep Collections Reviews

Great service. Just bagged up the items I wanted to donate and booked a pickup day then left them outside in front of the house on the day.
You get driver collection updates via email.

Excellent service. Easy to book and no problem in changing the date of the booking. Pickup while I was out caused no problem either. Will certainly use you again when necessary. Thank you.

collected on time and without any problems, will use again.
booking was easy and it gave you time to pack and find more items to send for recycling. great service, Dave's me having to try and get it to the charity shop when disabled

The donations were collected on time. The service is great and the booking process, as well as rescheduling, are fantastic. I would definitely recommend Anglo Doorstep Collections to all, especially those who are not able to take donations directly to charities.

An excellent efficient service. Kept me fully informed throughout the process. Many thanks!

Excellent service. The ability to book a slot and the live tracking is great and they even take photos of collection. Have used 3 times now. Also like that I can choose the charity I want my donations to go too.

First time using Anglo and very pleased I did. Easy to book a collection and kept up to date when bags due to be collected. Pleased going to good causes.
Would definitely use again

I had a bag of bedding I wanted to dispose of to a good cause. I found Anglo Doorstep Collection on line and followed their easy procedure. I was given a good choice of collection dates and full instructions. I was kept informed every step of the way up to a collection time slot for the collection day. I labelled the bags as instructed and left them on my doorstep. They collected as promised and sent me an email to confirm collection. Excellent service.

Kept informed collection as stated thankyou

Very good and quick service, kept us informed of when they were on their way and just collected, no fuss.

The gentlemen who came started picking up the items I had left. When he saw two larger boxes he first said he needed help to lift them(although they were not heavy) then said he couldn’t take them at all. I wasn’t at home but my mum offered to open the packed boxes and put them into black bags and he said no he didn’t have time for that and left. He didn’t collect the things that were left

The driver was really helpful, very polite.

This is a great service ,so convenient . The collection time is easy to track & there is no hassle for the customer as the collections are picked from outside the property .

They left half of my collection behind

So easy to book in for a home collection, everything was so simple, was informed of a time, arrived absolutely bang on time, Martyn was lovely, I will definitely be using this service again.

I am so grateful for this service. Am managing a house clearance by myself and Anglo doorstep collection have been an absolute life saver. Can’t recommend them enough. Booking them is so simple, and their communication is fantastic.

Easy to book. Kept well informed about collection. Whole process well managed. Person collecting was delightful.

I originally tried to drop off my stuff at various charity shops but they were not taking any donations .
So I found Anglo collections to be really convenient and easy to use.
The driver was also friendly and helpful.
It’s a great way to recycle and it helps various charities too.
I would use Anglo collections again.

Fantastic well-run company. Efficient and organised.

Glad to be able to donate things for a good cause. Would like to get a phone call for us to come down with our donations as we live in a secure complex. Thank you
