Anglo Doorstep Collections Reviews

Highly recommend Anglo doorstep collection!
I had my collection done today and the entire process was faultless. Booking online was straightforward, and the communication regarding the estimated time of arrival was spot on. The driver, Marcin (name mentioned on the link), arrived exactly when expected and handled the collection professionally. Thank you for such a smooth, reliable service and a great experience!

The driver didn’t collect my bags and boxes left outside as instructed,
I logged into the site hours after it was due to be collected and eventually found a picture from the driver with ‘no parking space’ written on it. This is rubbish as we have a drive and multiple spaces to park. I sent a question via their help but it’s nearly two days later and I still haven’t heard back.

Excellent efficient service as always.
Accurate tracking system really helps.

So easy to bag up your donations and arrange collection. The driver arrived on time, took all the bags and was polite and friendly. Such a good service.

Another successful collection. Easy booking process a great service. Highly recommend. On time and with care. Thank you

Easy to book wide range of items collected. I left eight boxes of books and bric-a-brac. Collection on time made within the two hour window given without contact. Already booked my next declutterring collection.

A brilliant experience.
From my booking on their Website and my Collection today.

Easy to arrange. Loved the tracking app. Weather was iffy so was able to watch the collector and pop the items out just before he arrived. Receipt given in form of photo of all collected. Will definitely use again.

Collection was seamless but they did not take 2 silk lampshades! Not sure the reason for that

From booking to collection we were updated at every step by email and text, which was helpful and reassuring. The driver was friendly and professional. This was the second time we’ve had donations collected and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.

An excellent service. Driver arrived well within the time emailed that morning and collected over 20 bags of donations. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
