Anglo Doorstep Collections Reviews

I have used Anglo a huge amount of times. It’s convenient especially when decluttering clothes, toys, bedding, small electronics. Come to your door and you help a charity. Drivers always friendly. I never take to charity shop now as this is better than that!

Let me know the evening before, as they said they would, what time slot the driver would arrive. This was achieved and tracker was accurate. Helpful and friendly driver and with 20 bags/boxes collected, it was done swiftly and with minimum of fuss

Came at the time I was scheduled for, excellent service as always. Thank you.

Our house is quite difficult to find but the driver came straight to the right house. He asked before driving down our shared driveway. He was very polite and removed all the boxes and bags we had ready in the kitchen. Very impressed.

I cannot understand why you just pick up a few boxes and leave the bags i will get someone else to pick up the bags

Great service have recommended to friends

Driver on time He was very helpful, courteous and friendly. All my donations were handled with care and appreciation. An excellent and reliable service so Thank you for that.

The whole process worked extremely well, from booking a date to the actual collection itself. It was very useful to be able to track the driver to find out exactly when he would arrive.
Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Reliable excellent communication and on time friendly driver

Brilliant service. Excellent way to declutter. I will be using them again.

Fantastic service from start easy to book online clear instructions as to what they will collect and there is a lot, gave time for collection with a live tracker and picked up the time they had given. Will definitely use again and they also give you the choice of which charity your donation goes to

Easy instructions to follow. Book date for collection. Box it up, write Anglo doorstep collection on box, leave outside front door..nice and simple.

So easy to book a suitable collection slot. Kept informed of collection time even to the point of knowing they were 2 minutes away. Collector was very friendly and helpful. Great service to use I would recommended it.

I hadn't expected the collection to go so easily. Driver well on time, very helpful, communications good

Have only used twice each time communication excellent. Collected as notified, great friendly helpful drivers. So pleased to support a charity. Thank you.

Brilliant. Booked a couple of weeks ago. Had an update on a 2 hour slot yesterday and then another this morning with live tracking. Collected with no issues. Highly recommend using this service. I will in the future.,

What a reliable service and l was kept informed of my collection every step f the way. It is difficult for me to get to the shops sp Anglo Doorstep Collections is perfect for me. Im already sorting out my unwanted items to book another collection. Thank you.

Highly recommend Anglo doorstep collection!
I had my collection done today and the entire process was faultless. Booking online was straightforward, and the communication regarding the estimated time of arrival was spot on. The driver, Marcin (name mentioned on the link), arrived exactly when expected and handled the collection professionally. Thank you for such a smooth, reliable service and a great experience!

The driver didn’t collect my bags and boxes left outside as instructed,
I logged into the site hours after it was due to be collected and eventually found a picture from the driver with ‘no parking space’ written on it. This is rubbish as we have a drive and multiple spaces to park. I sent a question via their help but it’s nearly two days later and I still haven’t heard back.

Excellent efficient service as always.
Accurate tracking system really helps.
