I'm not feeling very well due to a URTI, and being diabetic means I need antibiotics to help resolve this. Dr Syed has been very helpful with this, and she and others in the team have also been trying her best to ensure my health is at its best. Thank you very much 😊

I can't praise this system enough. It's very quick, responsive, fair and I get the relevant treatment/phone call/appointment on the same day. The Drs, nurses HCAs and admin staff are all very very good.

Quick and helpful reply to my request

Logged on after 9:30, I was a bit slow never having used it before. Easy to work your way round. Two problems, first I was referred to A&E, but it was the result of a recent accident. Second problem, processed through easily. Received a same day appointment less than 2 hours later.

And, I didn't have to log in at 8 o'clock and wait half an hour to be told no appointments left.

I find the online platform really useful to ensuring that my needs are met. I am easily able to submit requests and arrange appointments. The team are always friendly and helpful.

I'm always so impressed at the quick response from the surgery. They really do go above and beyond to help patients. Thank you as always.

I failed to complete a request on enima last evening, concerned I rang reception and was greeted by a very pleasant Lady who took control,was very efficient and sorted my dilemma immediately.This morning I received confirmation, Excellent work, I'm very grateful.

The surgery have some of the most attentive staff I’ve known.
Yes, it’s frustrating that services CAN be lacking, but that’s the system. The individual surgery and treatment from staff and Dr’s is outstanding.

I sent in an anima to Hayesbank Surgery on 3/8/26 at 16.30, regarding a possible Hernia & received a phone call within half an hour offering me an appointment the following morning, excellent
