I went to see Mithen Dev physiotherapist for sciatica. I was seen very promptly and with the treatment and exercises it was resolved in 5 weeks.
He explained everything he was doing which was good.
My only suggestion I would make was that I would have liked him to acknowledge me more when I came into the room instead of looking at computer screen,but I appreciate they don't have much time to get up to speed with each patient infront of them.
I will definitely be using this service again and it is great that it is available at Wash Common, Newbury.

Service is professional. The physiotherapist was polite, respectful and caring and effective. My longstanding condition has improved since I started therapy.
The accommodation is clean and private and the location in Exmouth is very handy for parking.

I was treated by Sameera Puvvala whos is a very pleasant lady who applied a professional approach to my problem and mage a significant difference..

The physio himself is extremely caring and professional
So my rating is based on his performance along with the easy availability of your team for example I have today had to contact to cancel an appointment .This was done efficiently and with ease.
However the main reason I cannot award top marks is the ridiculous location for your clinic in Merthyr Tydfil.
The building itself is close to a busy road which needs crossing and then the location inside the building of the physio room is on top of an extremely steep stairs.
Considering you are treating people with posture problems and muscle and back problems then these stairs present a massive problem.
At the time of my first appointment I could barely walk and then to climb those stairs was a real challenge.
I hope this information helps.

My physio has been very good, professional and lovely lady. Has taken the time to listen and given treatment and exercises that have been helping with my recovery.

The physiotherapist was polite and helpful. She had patience even when I couldn't do some of the tasks and she helped me through with them

I’ve been going there for months due to knee pain .He is always friendly ,approachable and very helpful.The pain level since going to him is so much lower and better.I would definitely go back there in future.Very happy with his service .

She is knowledgeable and she detects the problem from the start.

I am more than satisfied.

I received 8 session of Physiotherapy which greatly improved my recovery from a recent Motor cycle accident, the therapist was very knowledgeable about the human anatomy and how it worked and very professional.
The treatment was arrange so it was in my home town which was ideal, however my only criticism is that it was located on the first floor.
