Fast shipping, accurate product descriptions, and very reasonable prices.

Took a while to arrive. Once I sent a reminder it got here fast.

Antdesign has excellent products with excellent quality and design. Do be patient, shipping and delivery can take quite some time, but it's worth the wait.

I placed two separate orders close together. One order shipped, and I received it; the second did not. I contacted the company, who informed me that it would ship "next week," which was fair enough.
Three weeks later, nothing. I contacted them using the same email as before, but now it does not work.
So, I used the one on the website; no reply.
I finally gave up waiting. I write an honest one-star review on their site, and within ten minutes, they contact me and tell me that they sent the items, that I'm "mistaken," and that I do have the items.
So, I sent them proof of the fact that they had not sent the items, and they replied, "Sorry, we missed your message; we can send it or cancel it. That's it! No real apology for basically accusing me of lying about having the items; no, just a "sorry, we missed your message."
Great products, but very poor customer service. I would not recommend them if you expect any level of customer service; this is just a "take the money, send it, forget it" company.

P.S. Had to involve my bank to finally receive a refund as they claimed not to be able to refund "too" the sauce, my bank!
Oh, and they have removed my comments from their site, very
dodgy, and not keen on people knowing their poor customer service!

They answered my questions quickly and the item was high quality. Will definitely use again.

I like the pathfinder plus, a little disappointed it did not include a bit holder.

Great multi pocket tool wish it was a little bit bigger so it feels aesthetically more comfortable on your hands but great built it’s grade a quality

It’s hard to find a good fidget toy at a reasonable price. The cheaper ones fall apart and the ones that are well made cost too much. Ant design is right in the middle making good quality fidget toys that don’t take a huge chunk out of my paycheck.

Really kind of disappointed with product. Yes, it is good quality and well made. but unless you buy additonal pieces, to change out, there really are limited functions, and actually overpriced for what this is. I have bought many other items for less money, that are much better and more entertaining.

I am impressed with the quality. I love a well built product, and can say it works as promoted. I love the item and will probably purchase more.
