Terrible customer service experience and from reading other reviews here it seems to be their standard. It's not our fault, why should we help you?
Would not deal with them again.

Our customer service phone number along with an email address is listed on the website for anyone that has questions about a part.
Hard-to-find Part
I needed a hard-to-find part for my hall light. They had it, it arrived quickly, and it worked. And I didn't have to buy a new light fixture. What more do you need?

I knew what I was looking for but didn't know what it was
"called" and was having trouble finding it so I sent these folks an email describing what I was looking for. The next day I got an email back giving me the product number to look up. PERFECT! I ordered it and got it quickly and it is exactly what I was looking for (the light bulb socket for an OLD hurricane lamp) - called a 3 terminal, turn-knob interior. In the package, they provided me a discount card for my next purchase over a giving price, my invoice and a return authorization page should I need it. I consider this great service for a $9.00 item! Thank you folks!
