Ordering was on line onlygood products
Ordering was on line only. Spoke with company no way to order by phone. Items shipped through USPS. No other carrier offered. Went to USPS site to see delivery date. Came three days after promised.
Items were well packed and arrived safely. The inability to order on phone and delivery USPS delivery and no way to order by phone were the worse problems

Glass Chimney for a very old lamp
The chimney fits the lamp perfectly.
Just wondering how to secure it in the existing metal fixture.
Very unstable as it is.
No clamps and prongs to hold the glass securely.
