Do not use this service! they only care about the money they earn ! your claim and problems you had with your housing association doesn't mean anything to them they are there to get you sign up and get their portion of money rest means nothing!

Excellent service and very friendly, they kept me up to date with everything going on. They are a wonderful group of people with the time to explain in detail, they listen to you and treat you as a person not a number.
