When it comes to the joy and excitement of buying a car or van (having purchased many over the years) from bespoke garages, prestige and volume dealers to supermarkets - in general, the industry is still often cursed with an average level of customer service, at best!

I was looking to sell my car as I had a new company car. After the hassle of advertising privately and the ridiculous offers and then going through other car buying websites with disappointing results. I contacted John at anycolourcar. We agreed a very reasonable price, and arranged collection within the next couple of days. John offered to come collect but as I was in a rush to get the space back on my drive, I dropped it off. Firstly my interactions started with Jonathan who was really helpful and accommodating. Due to my work commitments and a Bank Holiday, I was not able to come and see the car as quickly as I would have liked to. With Jonathan nothing was too much trouble.

Charlie was both very helpful and patient with me answering all my emails quickly and putting my mind at rest at every opportunity. Charlie also made sure I had a walk around video of the car because I couldn’t get over to see it.

When I arrived at the dealership I was supported by both Paul and Charlie who were equally helpful. Both were very knowledgeable about the car and able to answer all the questions I had.

It was evident to see that at every point throughout the sales journey, every person I interacted with took customer service seriously prioritising me throughout the process. We bought a lovely BMW X3 from any colour car and drove 3 hours to collect it as it was a good price compared to others we were looking at. Picked it up and the car was perfect. We did have a slight issue with the bodywork about a week later but any colour car offered straight away to pay for it to be repaired locally to me. They couldn’t have been more helpful and the staff were all so lovely. Can’t recommend them enough would definitely use them again even though they are so far from us!
