I renewed my Business insurance with Pristine Insurance this week, Laura helped me with the quote and process, not only was the quote competitive it was seamless, thankfully with Laura's help.

I would certainly recommend them.

Laura Karian is not only here to sell a policy to you but pay a huge attention to detail and understand your requirement. She has always run extra miles to help me beyond her normal hours. She is absolutely is the best person I will deal with and will never move my business elsewhere unless she says.

If you want a penny pinching long drawn out experience this company is for you. 3 months and they are arguing over peanuts. Support the customer no why on earth would they want to do that? Stuff them, from now on I’m going with my own insurance and not a communal one. I’m going to pay for the repairs caused by the water leak from the flat upstairs myself otherwise it won’t get done this century

After being given a query by manager with little to no information I phoned and got through to Georgia Colloff thinking she wouldn't be able to help due to how Vague my query was. Georgia went above and beyond to help not only find the information for me but to ensure any communications going forward would be smooth and gave me all the information i needed in a quick 10 min phone call. It seemed no trouble to Georgia and it made my day as i often spend my days trying to fix queries and people are not willing to help if i dont have the info they need!

Janine Davis was superb! I had to make a claim that was not dealt with properly by the management company that manages my building (Safepm). When I contacted the insurance company myself, Janine Davis was extremely helpful, she was polite, courteous, and very professional.
