Generally pretty good
Generally pretty good, the guys serviced the boiler and it wasn't too expensive. The issue with the boiler not staying hot was not resolved though so calling them back. In fairness the engineer did say it may not resolve the issue and so to call them back if so..
I always use Parish though as they are reasonably priced and come out quickly if you need them.

Very poor service and unreliable
Very poor service and unreliable. Engineer didn’t finish the job and left my house untidy and not how it was before they started. Disrespectful. This was after the first planned appointment had to be re-arranged at the last minute. Re-arranged to finish the works and failed to attend again. Utterly shocking. Then they had to the cheek to send me a message asking how their service had been.

Customer service is awful
Great boiler service, but the aggressive letters for payment after less than a week after service when they know it is sent to my landlord to pay were NOT appreciated. Even after I reminded them of this, another email was received threatening escalation! Very poor customer service! Have relayed this to the landlord and he's furious as well after being a long time customer. Hope he's looking elsewhere

This was expected to be an easy job but…
This was expected to be an easy job but the installers encountered some problems which were beyond their control. These problems were dealt with very efficiently. The personnel were always very pleasant and helpful and worked hard to sort things out. We are now very pleased with our beautifully warm house!
