So I'm going through the same thing with this company. I applied in March, got approved paid the $35 fee and $60 deposit. By May, I decided to ask for a refund. Now I'm waiting 30 days to have a check mailed and now it's the end of August and NOTHING. This company is a scam. I'm going to the FTC AND BBB. Im not rich and was trying to build my credit not get robbed. Something needs to be done. This is ridiculous.

I was told I was approved and just needed to pay a 95.00 fee. Over a month passed and no card even though the said it had been mailed. They then suddenly said they couldn’t approve me and they would mail me a refund. I never received the refund. This is definitely a SCAM

They approve u just to get the deposit an an application fee for them to later say now u not approved an your money will be refunded an it never comes in the mail!

Why am I getting calls to pay a bill that I couldn’t fully use the card because it keep declining even with a balance over $100. I’m not giving yall crap!! It’s sad people work hard for their money and trying to establish or start over with credit to be scammed.

This company doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I gave them. They stole my money just like all the other complaints here. I’m out $95, don’t have the card, and there’s no way to get my money back now. They are 100% a scam. I’ve reported them to the FTC and others should too so we can get this investigated. This has been an awful experience and now I’m in a situation where I really need that money. Ridiculous that this company is even allowed to do any kind of business. They need to be shut down and charged.

I received my card in May 2026 I called the number to activate my card 200 times nothing at all mind you 2 months had passed them all of the sudden I am told they will send my deposit back of 95 dollars I really feel.like this is a scam and they need to be stopped it's been 2 months and have not received my deposit back

Same as all the rest of the reviews I paid $95 and they told me they were gonna send they were gonna send me my card they sent me my card then they told me that I wasn’t approved. I had to wait 30 days to get a check and I’ve yet to receive my check. It’s been two months.

WOW! the same thing happened to me as it did to these other people. Said I was approved waited over a month only to be told could not get a card and would get a refund but had to wait a month before they could send out a check, still waiting. Why can't they just put it back on my debit the way they took it out and why do they have to wait a month. WHAT A SCAM! emailed them, to tell them I am going to report them.

I would give negative 30 stars if I could. Same experience as everyone else. Still waiting on a refund check over 3 months in.

Basically stole $95 from every review here. Lied about card just to same I’m not approved later down the line. Then lied about returning my money via check that never arrived. Why not put it back where you got it from.

I fell onto the trap, because I’m a patient guy. I paid the initial fee and was approved. Then I had to pay more money before I could get the card. The limit was just $300 from the gate. I was already in by about $100. It took about eight weeks before a card arrived, but I did get one. Then it took about a week and a half before I could reach someone on the phone to activate the card, and when I finally did, they tried to sell me on something called “Credit CPR“ which would cost another $195, that they would charge onto the card. I balked at that so they dropped the price down to $149. They gave me a 60 day guarantee, after which I would be fully refunded if I wasn’t satisfied. So, stupidly I agreed, then they slap me with a $75 annual fee. Which really pissed me off I was able to use the card three times. After that, every charge I tried to put on the card was declined, which made no sense because I had made payments to make sure I had enough credit on the card to cover minor expenses. The card has not worked in over two months. I tried calling their customer service numbers and just get hung up on before I even reached anyone. Today, I finally found a number that connected me to a human being. They told me that all cards have been suspended temporarily, and they would let me know when the cards were available for use again… Even though they still wanted my payment for the charges made on the card, including the Credit CPR. After I complained that I didn’t think it was fair for me to pay down a card that did nothing but just take money from me and provide me with very little service, she agreed to put in a dispute for the Credit CPR and that money we go back on the card. Which is fine except it does nothing for me in the end. So now I have a credit card that doesn’t work and it’s completely useless although it “might“ work at some point in the future I’m not holding my breath.
I’m also not paying them anything further. Let’s see if they try slapping you with late fees.

I applied for a card back in April or May. I have never received any card plus they were lying stating that they mailed it. I was told about a month ago that I would be getting my money back in the form of a check which never happened. I have sent several emails and nothing has happened. You can’t get through to the company using the phone number they have.

Horrible experience with no one to talk to i haven't been able to use my card since making a payment

As the others have stated first I paid a $35 application fee was "approved " for $300 limit but was required to pay another $60 program fee and my card was supposed to be recieved within 14 business days that was in April. I finally recieved my card at the end of June I was unable to activate my card for several days I left messages sent emails never got a response myself but my husband has a card too and was able to get through to a person so thats how I finally spoke with someone who "activated" my card. I then go to my online account and find $75 annual fee already charged to my card which ok fine but then I attempted to use my card for purchases only none actually went through but still reflected in my online account as successful and deducted from my balance though I was not aware at the time that this was happening but I was told I needed to pay the balance to gain full access and to be reportedpositively to my credit reports so I paid the full balance of $300 and as soon as the payment cleared the online account showed my balance was available to spend but I tried using my card only to be declined again. I finally get a person on the phone and she informs me that all account access has been suspended wouldn't tell me why but claimed it was random selection company wide and she had no further information. I asked for a supervisor was denied I asked for written explanation was again denied. I recieved NO NOTICE AT ALL. Now I'm having to dispute everything with my bank for services not recieved. THEY ARE A SCAM!

Same as all the other reviews I applied for the card application accepted paid the $35 fee upfront June 4th then when asked to pay another fee of $60 which was a hidden fee I informed them of the Hidden fee was not right Etc when I didn’t receive my card called they said they would send another one in the mail then after not receiving card another 30 days later log into the site now message is saying that I was not approved that they would issue a check for my refund. I have called left messages. Emailed several times still as of now as of today August 4th when I call the number phone does not ring it just quickly disconnects you. They took my money now they have shut down that's the only thing I can think of. This is really sad for someone struggling like me and really was hopeful thinking I could work on and build my credit. I sacrificed to pay the fee I am on Social Security disability income. How could they take advantage of someone like me that's really sad. Please don't let them get away with this. Thank you

First the company approved me. Then after getting my money, they said their not able to open and activate an account for me. Then I was supposed to receive a refund in which they said I had to wait for security purposes before they can send me my money back. I don't know how long that period is but I still have not received my refund. So I guess I will be looking for an attorney to help me.

I had to give them 1 starts to write a review but they should have zero stars. I paid all the fees and actually received a card. Tried for weeks to get it activated but still can’t use the card. Totally scam!! Should have known when they asked for fees up front.

Reserve card did indeed refund the $35 and $60 upfront fees they charged as they said they would. The funds were returned to my debit card today
