I was charged $60 filled by another $35 in May 2026 and did not receive the car. There is no contact information and I have not been able to request a refund! This is one big scam, but I don’t intend to let them get away with it!!!!!!

I had to rate them one star because they don't give me the option to put zero I think they're a piece of garbage they took my $95 and after a month and a half they denied me said they were going to reimburse me send me a check in the mail never received a check and when you called and you get disconnected they hang up on you they're a joke

They ask for all fees upfront and state that you will receive the card in 10 to 14 days did not receive the card I called and they stated that they are running behind and it would be another 30 days . Still I didn't get the card . I called again and asked for a refund and was told it would take another 30 days and her I am several months later and haven't received anything. I called again and now no one answers.

Scam! Took my money and never got nothing! Now you can't even contact them.

I paid the fees and received the card 2 months later and they charged me 75 more dollars and I have not been able to use the card not one time . Every time I try to use it it declines my purchase but yet I have never use it yet. I think this is the biggest scam that I have seen and I won't be sending any more money to them.

It's a total scam, my card doesn't even work anymore even though i have room on it for purchases. Please save yourself the hassle. i have already reported this to the FTC.

Same story with most others. Applied got approved sand it took two months to get the card. Once it arrived I had to call to activate it in such they tried to enroll me in credit CPR. I told them no thank you then they offered to lower the program bill I again said no and they activated the card and charged me a $75 annual fee. I was able to use the card until about two weeks ago (beginning of July) then my card started declining. No reason showed on the website and no one was available to answer my call. I received an email with my bill and the customer service number on that was tel:877-419-8646. I called and was actually able to speak with someone. The representative told my that are closing down the card in everyone and will issue a credit refund for the $75 and send a paper check for the $95 we paid to get the card. That information was as of July 20 and he says it would take 30 business days. I will most likely never see the $95 but they better credit back that annual fee since the card only worked for a couple of weeks.

I sign up for this Credit Card company Three Months ago , I initially started Emailing them , Then there was a phone number , BUT NOW ITS NOT .an I attempted to Email them , NOW ITS NO SUCH EMAIL ? an My Email was Rejected an RETURNED BACK to me ? I WANT MY MONEY BACK $95.00

SCAM!!!! Do not apply for this credit card,I paid the fees and I emailed customer service and asked where my card was,they said it'll be 7-10 days,well that came and went and nothing, I've emailed numerous times about a refund,and never got my money back,if I could give less than 1 star I would! They just take your money and not give it back to you!

This company is. Nothing but a big as scam do not accept been waiting on a card for months and nothing o diluting this with my bank asap

Can anyone please send me the number to app reservecreditcard.com? THIS IS A SCAM,THEY TOOK MY MONEY! I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE GETTING MY REDUND ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS! I LOST THE CONTACT NUMBER TO REACH THEM!

I had the same experience as everyone else! I waited months finally got the card! Then it said to call to activate that took a couple weeks of relentless calling. I finally got through then they said I had to pay for this credit repair thing which started at 199.95 I said no thank you. I talked them down to 119.95 in the matter of minutes! They said they would be working with the credit bureaus to repair my credit. I was able to use my card. I made 2 payments of 100 bucks my available balance is 205. I try to use my card and it just keeps getting denied. So, I’m trying to call customer service as soon as they open and there is no one available to take your call. Now, I have the card I have available credit and it’s declining I was able to use my card up until I made a payment. So, there is something going on! I want a refund of my 119.95 that I obviously aren’t getting the credit repair I paid for. This is a scam and I don’t suggest anyone apply or fall for this trap. It’s not worth it and I paid this program fee plus the 95 bucks that I’ll never get back.

This is the worse credit customer service ever. It takes days 3 plus days to get ahold of someone from customers my card has been locked for over a week still can’t get anyone on the phone. It took over 60 days to even receive my credit card. Do not get this card.i have even contacted them by chat and still nothing

They are a scam company. I hope they have the day they deserve. Took my money. No card . No refund. Karma needs to take over

Nunca mas respondieron llamadas correos ni chat , hace unos 7 dias llame para pagar y preguntar porque no se podia aun por tdd y dijeron que esperaban, que pagara via cuenta pague 300$ y fueron incapaces de decir que cerraron el programa, son un dolor de cabeza, aparte despues de dias tratando de comunicarme, me dijeron que me llegara un cheque a casa en 30 dias , pero despues de todo estoy en mi derecho de no creer nada, nose que hacer?? Si dencunciar y imtentar pedir reembolso a mi banco ? O esperar

SCAM!! They email approval saying it is a $60.00 fee and as soon as you pay an email arrives saying there is $35.00 fee before the card is shipped. Paid the fees and the card showed shipped after two weeks then later the same day it showed it was no created, emailed and they sent back a bunch of lies saying it was a glitch and it would be processed soon, another week and nothing, requested a refund of the fees and they told me it was returned and nothing was refunded to my bank. Now emails are not being returned, filing with the attorney generals office on Friday.

They are horrible I paid the fees it took 2 months to get my card only to find out I can’t use it because they stopped the direct card.I called about my refund and still haven’t received it.This was such a scam.I hope a class action lawsuit happens.

How can i get a refund it been 2 months have received my card and it said 7 to 10 business days ive reach out 5 times they responded but i have received my card i wànt my money back

I was approved. I received my card within 10 days after being approved, and paying the fees (annual fee and activation fee), I was able to use my card without any issues. I had no issues of any kind— none whatsoever. After using the card, I decided I would pay what I owed just to have a free balance. After that I find out that they’re returning customers fees due to having to cancel cards and basically all is due to several bad reviews. This is what was told to me when I spoke to them. I also never had any issues contacting customer support.
