The service I received from Cassandra was amazing. She was kind, patient, and very understanding. She asks very detailed questions to ensure that your goals are being met. She gives you the employer's perspective while highlighting your strengths.

I attended a so-called “job fair” in Puerto Rico that proved to be a deeply disillusioning experience. I was initially matched with a position that aligned seamlessly with my professional background and qualifications. However, once the representative realized he had erred, I was abruptly dismissed without explanation.

Despite multiple follow-up emails over the course of several weeks, I received only one call informing me that I would be considered for two roles—both below my stated expectations. I remained open-minded and willing to explore them, yet no further communication ever followed.

This lack of follow-through, professionalism, and basic empathy toward someone navigating unemployment is, frankly, inexcusable. The absence of transparency and accountability speaks volumes about the organization’s disregard for the very individuals they claim to support. Job seekers deserve respect, clarity, and a genuine commitment to assistance—not empty promises and evasive silence.

I had a meeting scheduled with someone from AppleOne, but he canceled it just 30 minutes beforehand without giving me any notice. This is unprofessional. In the future, if you need to cancel a meeting, please make sure to inform the other person in advance. Everyone has other important commitments, so it’s important to be respectful of their time. Please keep that in mind and maintain a level of professionalism.

I had a horrible experience with this staffing agency in newport beach, CA. They had no history on me as a candidate or what I was seeking as a candidate. The history they had on me was completely wrong. The staff that interviewed me and tested me is no longer there. I was told that their history showed that I was submitted for two positions, which did not happen. if I was presented, I should have known this. I thought it was necessary to notify a candidate before presenting them. They tried to submit me for one job that was a part-time temp accounting position for 2 hours a day 5 days a week. I agreed to a zoom interview and the client did not even show for the call. Due to the lack of respect from AppleOne and their Client, I declined to move forward. Leaving someone waiting for 20 minutes and not calling AppleOne or notifying the potential candidate waiting is disrespectful and inappropriate. They also have a Google Business Pay account and only have 5 star reveiws. They remove any review that is less than 5 stars. So potential candidates looking for Temprorary work only see 65 five star reviews. I have written my experience in google reviews under both of my Google Accounts and they remove it every time. They are not being truthful with potential candidates by removing real life experience negative reviews.

Their online presence is well designed to bate people to apply with a significant amount of personal data, including your SS, and after they disappear. When you start questioning who they are, a person will call you without even setting a time for a phone call, with a judgemental, passive-aggressive attitude, implying to cancel the contract (__ to avoid liability after you start asking questions and the nature of AppleOne business) Unethical and discriminatory practices. It only confirms why they don't have good employers working with them

They helped me get an interview for a contract to hire job and I was there for 5 years! I’m hoping they can work their magic again and find me another job soon 🤞

I have nothing good to say about my experiences trying to get a job with the assistance of Appleone. The jobs they offer pay abysmally low, and the candidates have very little chance for success. The training classes that job candidates endure, are so large, that nothing is learned, the job is a failure, and unemployment is a certainty. The recruiters they have working for the company are not good at their jobs, and I have not had any good experiences with them finding me work. They have poor communication skills, and often don't communicate at all. They don't provide job opportunities or relevant placement to candidates. They don't provide any information on benefits to employees that get hired full time.
The recruiters have bad attitudes and don't care at all about the job search candidates.
