Simple and easy to use - credits applied instantly and providing a healthy discount !

Easy to load your card, not all assistances familiar with it. Iceland have changed something so perhaps all will be more familiar with it.

My L2S voucher arrived in form of plastic card (like a credit card) that can be topped up. I have unsuccessfully attempted to use it online, to only find out that it needs to be converted into vouchers to be used for online purchases. It's also awkward to use in restaurants/attractions as it needs to be converted into e-code before use. L2S also seem to have reduced the number of participating stores and there isn't much left that interests me personally. It's a painful to use because of all the conversions. I won't be purchasing it again.

This company is the absolute worst. They try everything In their power to prevent you from being able to spend your gift cards, you have to second guess every transaction as there is almost always a catch with Love2shop it’s the worst company I have ever interacted with.

Absolute joke. I had 3 vouchers which I was unable to combine or put on a single Mastercard. I had to top up my vouchers to put on Mastercards (for a fee) which I am now unable to spend as these cannot be used with credit or debit cards.
Do not be fooled into thinking this is good value or a good gift.

Extremely easy to use the card and some stores also show the closing balance on the card which is very reassuring

Easy to top up and money normally quickly added onto card.

My only bad experience is managing to reload my card due to having that many different passwords to remember.it has to be different to my staff shop one which makes it more awkward when reloading out and about.

The portal makes it easy to place an order, although the wait for the proforma was longer than expected. Being able to see the tracker made it easy for chasing the delivery & payment.

Registering and login to this site is an absolute nightmare

Terrible company. I was given the card from my company. Downloaded monies onto it not realising that it would not be transfered over when card expires If you forget about expiry date you only get 25 pounds back if you claim refund within 3 months no matter what you have on the account. Will not be using them again.

You were very helpful and guided me through the process so it was straightforward and easy to use.
